The chart below shows the amount spent on six consumer goods in four European countries.Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below.

The bar chart below gives information about the amount of money spent on six consumer goods in four countries.The four countries are all in Europe ; Britain, France, Germany and Italy.The six consumer products that are shown in this chart are ; personal stereos, tennis racquets, perfumes, CDs, toys and photographic films.The numbers along the horizontal axis represent thousands of pounds sterling that are spent on the goods, while the different goods are on the vertical axis.
According to this chart, Britain is the country with the highest amount spent on the six consumer goods.It is also obvious from the chart that Germany's spending on three goods are the lowest.These goods are CDs, photographic film, and toys.The amounts spent on personal stereos in Germany and France are the lowest.Their spendings on this particualr product are equal.It can be seen from the chart that Italy's spendings on tennis racquets and perfumes are the second highest after that of Britain.Moreover, the chart indicates that the amount spent on tennis racquets in Italy is slightly lower than that in Britain.Another thing that is shown in the chart is that Italy's expenditure on toys is similar to France's spending on the same products.Also, their spendings are the second largest.France's spendings on toys and CDs are the second highest followed by Italy and Germany in third and fourth positions respectively.
Overall, Britain's expenditure on the six consumer goods is the highest of the four European countries, whereas Germany has the lowest spending on three products (CDs, photographic film and toys), and France has the least figure for spending on two goods ( perfumes and tennis racquets).Both of Germany and France have the lowest value for the remaining good ( personal stereos).
