Your topic restatement keeps too many keywords from the original presentation for the examiner to view it as a new presentation. You need to build your synonym vocabulary to improve that part of your writing skills. Avoid referencing uncertainty in your opinion statements as well. If you do not fully believe what you are saying, neither will the examiner. By the way, points were lost for your non-responsive opinion presentation because you failed to respond in summary form to the guide questions. That hsould have been a definitive 3 sentence presentation.
Do not deviate from the discussion. I understand that you culture gives weight to Feng Shui and other luck related actions, the rest of the world does not. You have deviated from the actual discussion topic, which means that reference will cause C+C deductions for your presentation. Stay on track, do not include irrelevant topics.
Your discussion is under developed because of 2 reasons: (1) prompt deviation and (2), lack of reasoning development in the relevant paragraph. This is not an essay that will get a passing score since even the English transition phrases are incorrectly used.
