Today, the health care systems world are threatens by nurse migration. This migration are caused by vary and complex problems. Higher salaries and better quality of life are some reasons why nurses moving from native country to wealthier countries. In some region especially developing nations such as South Asia and Latin America, the primarily reason for the shortage is nurse working abroad to meet demand needs in Europe and North America. The other case occurred in Philippines. They send thousands nurse working abroad and got income one billion dollar annually. The consequences of those policy is the Philippines feel the effects of the nursing shortage. Furthermore, the side effect of nurse migration is their leaving of health care up to assistant nurses, who have rudimentary training. Meanwhile, developed countries invest and focus on retaining and rewarding nurses, both financially and high-quality working conditions
