What's important: get up early and programm your works and you will never let yourself to be lazy

Some people prefer to get up early in the morning and start the day's work. Other prefer to get up later in the day and work until late at night. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice.

I prefer getting up early in the morning and going to bed before midnight. When I get up early, take a bath, plan my work schedule and plan the shopping at the evening.

I take a bath every morning before going to the office, It is one of my routin work during day.
Planning my work schedule is another reason I prefer to get up early. Who gets up early in the morning to organize and sequence his time and take a better decision for bureaucratic situations.

Plan the shopping is one of important things in my life, Because I need time to take the children from the school and purchase needing. So after hard working days I am so tired to pursue all of the things that I should not to forget but when I got up early in th morning, I have enough time to check my program until the evening.

I think it is always important to get up early and programming your works and you will never let yourself to be lazy that interfere the best life style.

When I sleep in most mornings, I feel that I miss out on a lot and at times, I feel that time went by very quickly, that I didn't get to enjoy my day to the fullest. Health wise, I believe it is better to wake up when most people wake up and go to sleep when most people do as well.

I think it is also best to start the day as early as possible, regardless if one is a morning or night person. That leaves you with more time to plan out your day and gives you ample time if you want to take a break from a busy schedule with plenty of time remaining to complete your tasks; especially if those involve errands to places that are not open at night.

As for waking up later in the day and staying up late at night, I am all against it. I have tried it and it didn't do me any good. A person operates best, and is healthy, when he/she gets plenty of sleep (or as much sleep as possible), especially at night because as you know it, it is much quieter and you are more likely to have a better night's sleep at night than in the morning when everyone is getting to work or school.

In the end, a person's school or work schedule is what determines how early a person wakes up and how late a person sleeps. The secret will be to find a balance between the two that best works for the person's mind, body and health.
