David Palmer from global Witness elucidated a great number of data exposed by The Panama Papers on April, 2016. To uncover those unclear problems, he and his organization conducted an investigation. They positioned theirselves as clients and banks that want to establish an erroneous company so that they discovered how it works and operates.

Many rich and powerful persons have used Panama Papers to concealed their asset and wealth to avoid high taxes. As a result, they spend less money contributing to public services such as healthcare, road and education. This revealed scaldal has caused diverse public reactions. However, most societies have not understood about this phenomena.
