Retirement should be in early age or late 70s?

Now a days, it seems that retirement age has become major issue among society .As different people have different notions so some people want it should be early and others recommend to have retirement in near about 70age.over this issue I would talk about both Sides.

Firstly, some people who want that retirement should be in early age .it can be effect their future growth. Such instance if some people retired in early as roundabout 50 ages then rest of age they will have to start their career again to cater to their basic need. That can be risky or unsafe for long time.

Secondly, Retirement time in late 70s it can lead to bad performance wherever person is working. The idea of late retirement can cause of companies adverse circumstances or status. Such as an aged person will not perform better because of health issues .one more things Due to this our young generation couldn't get more exposure to prove their selves' .So here our economy can deprived of new talent in market.

Moreover, If in early age it has pros and cons then on the other hand in late 70s it will more risky for several reasons as we discuss above in this topic.

In nutshell, I would regard to both aspects that are important for our society .In my opinion I am partially agree with above argument.

Well... you show great potential for improving your writing. Pay a little more attention to your grammar. Your vocabulary seems ok and the essay structure is also pretty good :)

Only thing you do not provide specific examples for your reasons.
This is my suggestion;
Limit one reason for one body para (2nd and 3rd paras). And give a specific example for each reason. Read the following essays. They are pretty good :) Also read the comments provided by others, especially by EF Kevin :)
