Ben is a shopper who is going to buying the "Meat, Fish, Poultry" section in the supermarket, especially today have offer " Frozen chickens at $6 each". Firstly, he feels thirsty and he can only stop it by taking a can of apple fruice from the fridege to drink.Then,Laura who is the supervisor of the supermarket intends to inform him to the police for stealing. While Ben believes himself not wrong because he had "contract" to buy the orange juice.He wants to drink first and to pay it before he leaves.Secondly,at the checkout counter, Laura disagrees that Ben will pay no longer $6 due to printing error instead of paying actually $10. Ben confirmed that he just do right following price on display is an "offer" because the sign indicates so. Finally, in this situation, who is right and wrong??????

i guess it is ben... because he can justify for every accusation... where you have given no justification for the supervisor and yourself have given a biased statement. you have given the accusation from the supervisor and then cleared it off yourself. in this case ben is the only answer for us to give. :)
