Cancer has become common problem yet thorny problem in this latter-days. Even so, this complicated matter has not been resolved yet. The predominant qiestion comes cancer distribution through our body as known as 'metastasis'. According to Ivan S.Y.J's explanation, there are three major mechanism-spreading cancers proliferate and infect normal tissues such as, Transcoelomic, lymphatic and hematogenous. Firstly, in trancoelomic the spread of a malignancy into body cavities can occur via penetrating the surface (Peritoneal cavity). another mechanism, Lymphatic occurs when the cancer infects lymph node and travel to other part of the body. the last mechanism is called hematogenous, it happen when cancer proliferate into the blood stream. As the blood vessels exist in every part of the body, cancer utilize it to broaden their network. During the cell undergo proliferation, it forms small tumor known as micrometastases. This form will complete the process tend to be specific site of metastasis.
