No one likes to be criticized but I strongly hold the view that in a team, those who do not accept others' criticism cannot achieve success. Some may argue that criticism throws people into frustration rather than urge them to improve, but in my point of view, hearing different voices can motivate people to know themselves better. And people should keep in mind that only those who care about us will point out our errors, so ignoring their opinions will hurt their feelings.
As the old Chinese saying goes" good advices are harsh to ears". People will only improve with criticism because in general, people know their good qualities better than their weaknesses. In a team, the new employees may make some mistakes and be unfamiliar with the working condition, so if they do not accept other colleagues' criticism and opinions they will make the same mistakes again. Accepting others' criticism is a process of gaining experience. We can easily conclude that criticism is more useful than compliments because those criticized can improve and will not make the same mistake in the future. And we should know that only those who care about us will point out our mistakes. They criticize us because they want us to be better and their criticism will lead us to the path of success.

The pop icon, Britney Spears, had a hard time in 07, but she made a successful comeback in 08 video music awards. The pressure and criticism from the society did not knock her down. Instead, it only made her better than ever. People will not only receive praises, so it is important to learn from criticism and become stronger.
