Hello. I am currently writing Motivation letter for a masters program.
It is the first time and for that reason i'm not sure exactly how to write it. I made one out of tips and tricks from several different pages, but i think that this forum can give me the best advice.
I would like people to give me feedback on what i can do better, but also if there is something well done.
Notice: This Letter of Motivation will not be read by the school itself, it is going to the application service that handles all applications for the Universities in Sweden. Although i have heard that i could write a longer one since the current is about 300-320 words.
Best regards, Mike

Dear Mr. or Mrs.
I hereby want to declare my interest in participating in the Master's Program of Quality and Operations Management at Chalmers University of Technology. I want to take my interest in this field one step further and I am certain that my academic background in Industrial Engineering, international experience and my interest in digging deeper into the knowledge about production and quality management will prove successful.
I am taking my BSc in Industrial Engineering - Work Organization and Leadership this semester. During these years I deepened my knowledge in economics, logistics and operations management. I participated in ERASMUS exchange program and spent one semester abroad last fall at Reutlingen University, Germany. I studied the Production Management program and got the chance to see the production of BMW, Mercedes-Benz and others in Europe's leading industrial nation along courses in Lean Management, Supply Chain Management etc.
After taking these courses and spending time in Germany, I am now certain that it is in this area I intend to get specialized, and that I have a good base to stand on. After going through the courses offered at the program I am sure that the Master Program will deeper my knowledge in managing production, operations and quality at level, which will give me the best conditions for a future career within this area. Chalmers is a well-known school both national and international which certainly can offer me the best quality and knowledge needed.
During my studies I've working with sales/logistics, this make me used to having a lot going on. I'm sure that I'm ready for studying at a higher level. I'm looking forward to getting the chance on the Masters program. Through my interest and with the help of the education on Chalmers I hope to be able to contribute to companies and the society in the future.
Thank you for your consideration.
