Nowadays, our society has changed a great deal in recent decades that many patients could be treated very well in hospital. Some people feel that the most useful method to address public health problem is the authority invest large sums of money in public sports equipments. However, more educated people think the better way to combat this problem is encouraging scientist make more contribution to it.

Needless to say, the people who often does sport exercise own a better physical condition than others. Therefore, public citizen will benefit from the government's investment to sports facilities, such as football playground, table tennis table, swimming pool, etc. This sort of method will largely boost citizen's sports passion and urge them more practice during their whole life. What is more, sufficient equipments will give people more opportunities to participate in outdoor exercise. Loads of diseases stem from lack exercise and no immunity, but the exercise is efficient way to build our innate immune system. In sum, the investment of sports facilities will promote the development of public health issue.

On the other hand, opponents of this viewpoint have their reasons. Public health condition should not merely dependent upon sports facilities, even this kind of solution would diminish possibility in this sense, while, and the root case of public health problem must attribute to human being's physical structure. Such is human nature to caught disease; no one could live without various diseases. For instance, cough, headache, stomachache and so on. The government should give more money to scientists to invent new medicine and high-tech method to address our body diseases. No doubt that this would be the most useful way and more economic and less time-consuming.

In conclusion, my own viewpoint is that the public spots facilities is play a indispensable part of our society. However, to promote medical standard and science new technology equipment is necessary.

As the number of cars increases, more money has to be spent on the road system. Some people think that the government should pay for this. Others, however, think that users should pay for the cost. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Our society has changed a great deal in recent decades that most of individual own an automobile at least. It is often argued that the authority should assume the responsibility for ensuring our transport system more widespread and useful. In this essay, I will look at some of the arguments for and against role of public road system.

The authority should invest large sums of money in public road. Supporters of this viewpoint say that the state's role model is make people enjoy the magnificent life in this country. Needless to say the government should pay more attention in this sector, the public system not only could help boost the nations economic, but benefit the whole social structure. For instance, this will bring about more employment opportunities, boost local industrialization, etc.

On the other hand, opponents of this view say that if the government invests more capital in the public transportation system which will influence the pollution rate directly. Though this action will boost the automobile market, I strongly feel that our circumstance and clean atmosphere will disappear swiftly. Because of this, the individual should pay for this expenditure. What is more, the car users must charge more money than any other public transportation. There is no doubt that this action will reduce the car user and urge them to take public vehicle more often. Pollution is the price we pay for overly development, this sort of methodology neglect the negative factor that overexploitation bring us.

In conclusion, my own view is that our government should strike a balance between car user and economic improvement; this will largely diminish the environment pollution and always boost the local development.

In modern society, the leisure industry, including fashion, films, music and other performing arts, is becoming increasingly important in people's lives. Why is that? Do you think this is a positive or a negative development?

Our society has changed a great deal in recent decades that there are many kinds of entertainment activities consist of our life. Many people feel the leisure activities play an indispensable part of modern life. Nevertheless, some people think that this trend brings about many negative problems.

Nowadays, people are influenced profoundly by the intense economic competition and globalization which has changed our society fundamentally, however, this is not took place in this aspect, but our leisure activities as well. Such as U.S films, European music, Western exhibitions, etc. There is no doubt that various activities give us more knowledge and expand our outlook. Our life was more magnificent than ever before. Living in pressure is an emphatic factor to us, the increasing workload, the drastic competition leads us need time to relax, the leisure industry affords us this suitable chance.

On the other hand, opponents of this view have their reasons. Needless to say, Different kinds of activity would distract attention from our work. People may feel unmotivated when they are afforded to many leisure opportunities, what is more, a great many entertainments will cost us a large sum of capital. Especially to the teenagers, they will in to fashion, film, music, electronic game. Because of juveniles has not yet fully formed individual character, they do not know how to distinguish 'dos' and 'don'ts'.

In conclusion, my own viewpoint is that leisure activities are necessary; however, the government should assume the responsibility for ensuring the students do not go astray academically, socially, and psychologically. The Authority should raise people's awareness to strike a balance between adult and teenager.
