Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? In the past, it was easier to identify what type of career or job would lead to a secure and successful future.

With the development of society and the growth of population, the competition for jobs is becoming more and more intense. Besides, there are So I think there are no such kind of job can ensure us a successful future in today's society.

As I mentioned, the competition becomes more severe because of the growing population. Young people have to learn more kinds of skills in order to meet the demand of their works. And even so, some people still lost their jobs simply because they will be replaced by others who have more talent. So we have to keep improving ourselves during our career, otherwise we will be fired. So today we cannot make sure that we will get a type of job and never lose it. However, if we were in the past, when the competition was not so intense, there are some kinds of jobs, like teachers and doctors, can provide us secure future lives. A teacher will always be a teacher for the whole life. But today it no longer happens. A university professor may quit his job and start work in a computer software company. And then he may become the manager of his department. Something like this is always happening.

Another reason I believe that lead to the difficulty in identifying a type of job leading to secure life is the rapid changes in society. Our society is changing rapidly every minute today. And it's so easy for every to get the new information. So once there are some kinds of jobs which can lead to a secure future, everybody will know it and try hard to get this kind of job. And then there will too much pressure and competition in applying this job. As a consequence, this job cannot provide a long last successful future anymore, because employees doing this job will be quickly replaced by better ones. So the rapid changes in our society may lead to a result that the type of job that promises a secure future varies from one to another. Compared with today's society, the past society didn't change so frequently and the spread of information is not so quick. So people in the past may identify a job that promises a bright future for them much more easily.

As a consequence of development of society and the growth of population, the jobs in today's society can never promise a long last secure future.

TOPIC：Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The telephone has greater influence on people's lives than television has.
Today almost everyone have their cell phones, no matter they are from the developing countries or the developed countries. This fact can show how important the cell phone is to us and what a huge effect it has on the whole world. Another widely used electronic products-television, however, gradually become less popular than before. And I believe cell phones have more effects on us than televisions in today's society based on following reasons.

First, televisions can be replaced by computers as the development of technology to some extent. More and more people now use computers to watch TV programs by some software. In fact, they can even watch more channels by computers because the online TV allows us to watch programs all over the world. And another advantage of computers is you can watch the TV programs anytime online. If you have work to do and miss the drama last night, you can download the episode online and watch it. That's what televisions cannot provide.

So the function of televisions is not unique any more. I believe there will be even more people use computers to watch TV program on the internet as the advancement of technology.

Unlike the television, the cell phone is becoming more important in our daily life than before. It almost has replaced the telephone. At the past, people just use cell phones to make a phone call when they are not at home or text someone while walking on the street. But now cell phones have much more functions than the past. People can enjoy a variety of entertainment on cell phones. People use cell phones to listen to music, to play games, to surf the internet and even use them to watch online TV. So the cell phone is much more than a tool of communication now. And recently, as the advent of the facebook and the twitter, the use of cell phones became even more frequent. We can see many young people use facebook or twitter all day. They show their thoughts and feelings on the software by cellphone at anyplace anytime. In my view, cell phones has become the most influential tool in our lives, no matter the influence is positive or negative.

As I said, for one thing, the television is becoming less popular. For another the cell phone became even more popular than before. So it can be concluded that cell phone has greater influence than televisions now.

Topic：.Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Movies and television programs should present stories in which good people are rewarded and bad people are punished.

When we watch movies or dramas, some of us like to see good people have a good ending and bad people are punished. While there are also some people who do not like this. Personally, I prefer to see good people get rewarded. However, if the good people always get an happy ending, I don't think it's proper.

First, if all the story end up in the same way, it will be boring .If good people always win , we can guess the ending of the movies or dramas. Then we will feel less interested in them. But if the good people are not always rewarded, we will try to finish the movie or dramas to find out the end of the story. For example, Hollywood stories usually have a happy ending like a hero beats a crime and get a girl. But now many people, including me, have been tired with it. I don't want to see the same kind of ending again and again. So we can't always let good people be rewarded in movies or TV programs.

Even in the real world, good people can get a bad ending sometimes. And I think it happen more often in the real world than in those movies. So if children always watch the TV programs that good people get rewarded, they may think it will be true in the real world. They will be misleading by those movies. And they may act like good people in order to get reward. Once they find the good people are not always get rewarded, they may feel upset and not to be a good person. But in fact, the good people do good things no matter the ending is good or not. So we should tell this to the young children to avoid the misunderstanding.

In fact, those good endings sometimes are helpful. Some people may be encouraged to do good things. But like I said, this kind of behavior won't last long , because someday they will realize the truth. So I suggest we should show people the truth in the stories. And if they can , they will be good people no matter how the story ends.

Based on my arguments above, I think movies and TV programs should present different stories in which good people get reward or get nothing.
