Society should identify those children who have special talents and abilities and begin training them at an early age so that they can eventually excel in their areas of ability. Otherwise, these talents are likely to remain undeveloped.

To have a special talent or ability is one of the most amazing gifts to be blessed with. Not everyone gets to have the voice of Mariah Carey or the basketball skills of Michael Jordan. It is great to train these remarkable abilities, but it is also important be educated if these abilities ever dwindle. Talents are never forever but your mind is. For this to happen there must be a balance of allowing a child to be child, fully educated, and given time to practice their special skill.

If a child is trained to fully focus on their talent then they never learn who they are past their talent. They will constantly feel pressured to fulfill the call on their life whether it is to be a singer, a basketball player, or figure skater. Children need to know all facets of themselves, which is their strengths, weakness, passions, etc. Giving so much focus to a talent prevents this from happening. It also limits a child from experiencing childhood like learning to ride a bike, sneaking around town with friends, and even going to school football games. These are a few of the many things that shape a person and give them memories to look back on. So many child stars in interviews have said they wish they got to go to the prom or experience all the exciting events that their friends experienced. Focusing on their talents limited them from being able to do all of these things.

Another example, is what if this child ends up in car accident as a adult or some of limiting catosphere that stops them from succeeding in their talent. Without giving them a great focus on education this child has nothing to fall back on if such a horrible case does occur. Striving fully to tweak and mold this talent is great to do but also is building their mind. A talent can flee at any moment but ones mind always remains. With receiving education a child will never have to worry about the loss of their talent and having nothing left to live a happy prosperous life.

Allowing a child to receive an education, a childhood, and time spent to work on their talent gives them freedom to be multifaceted, and not bound from experiencing all that life has to offer. Life is never just about your talent it is also about all that you experienced with friends, lovers, and memories of those good old high school football games.

A goal is something that you set in motion to achieve whether it be losing weight, marrying the man of your dreams, or climbing the corporate latter. Accomplishing a goal is one of the greatest feelings that one can have. However, it is about how you go about achieving that goal that matters. Taking any means to accomplish a goal is never justifiable.

Woman all over the world fawn over super models and their amazing bodies praying even that they can attain a similar look. Some of these of women set goals to achieve the super model quote on quote look. Setting a goal to have a certain body type is good because it gives you motivation to workout and eat healthy, which we all should do. However, when this goal becomes obsessive and you begin to starve yourself because the weight is not coming off that is never justifiable. Starving is never okay to attain a certain body type. The goal is to love yourself and accept yourself at any size not to harm your body for a look that you may never even attain.

Other goals may be to marry the man or woman of your dreams that you let slip from your life because at the time you were not ready for a relationship. As time went by you grew to miss this person and realized that they are the only person you can imagine spending the rest of your life with. Setting a goal to win them back maybe taking them on a romantic vacation or letting them know in a meaningful way how much they mean to you is great to do. On the other hand, if this person is in a meaningful relationship and you try to jeopardize what they have to win them back that is never a goal that is acceptable. This person will never see what you did as something meaningful to get them back but evil.

On the contrary, there can be goals that you do whatever is necessary to accomplish them. However, you do so with dignity and honor in a way that you can be proud of how hard you worked to achieve it. Maybe you want to be the next chief doctor at a major hospital, and you work extra hard proving to the best of your ability that you have what it takes to become chief doctor of the hospital. This is a goal that you can walk away knowing that you did whatever was necessary without harming others or yourself.

Goals are great to set and accomplish. It is how you go about finishing them that matters. Goals are not made to harm, but to propel you to best version of yourself whether that be transforming your body, marrying your soul mate, or becoming chief doctor.

Too much emphasis has been placed on the need for students to challenge the assertions of others. In fact, the ability to compromise and work with others-that is, the ability to achieve social harmony-should be a major goal in every school.

Being competitive and striving to be the best of all that you want to achieve gives you confidence in who you are, and students need this because the world is not a easy place to live in. Can there be harmony between students? Yes, however all schools would have to work diligently to achieve this as well as parents. We live in a world where the strongest survive and the weakest get left behind. Everyday students are pushing to be the strongest academically, and for this to occur we would have to deconstruct an entire generation of people molded to think totally different.

When a student is trained to challenge the assertions of others they are given a core tool and that is self-esteem, which helps them to never give up on themselves. This ability helps a student to never stop fighting to succeed and doubt their abilities to make it academically. Without challenge you never learn what you are made of. Constantly working in harmony is great, but when a student gets into the real world they will have to learn that it unfortunately is not how life works. People constantly have to prove their worth and never work in harmony.

Going further, if this was to work not only would all schools throughout the nation have to be on board with this, but also parents. We can rewire the school system, but we cannot rewire student's parents to think similar in harmony. A student can go to school, and be taught harmony all day. However, once home their parents can teach them to challenge the assertions of others. We also will have to consider how parents may feel about schools teaching their child this new way of learning. People do not do well with change and feel threatened when change tries to be invoked upon them.

It is very possible to implement this new way of learning but there will be many hurdles to get over. This could revolutionize the world in the greatest way possible. For change to happen we have to start from the young, and retrain how they think and react to things academically. However, there is always going to be someone who wants to break out of the cusp and prove who they are. Everyone wants to succeed and in order for that to occur there must be challenge.

Social-harmony would forever not only change education, but make the world a safer happier place. However, with challenge we learn who we are and how strong we are. Everyone wants to reach the highest place that they can in their life, and for that to happen they must compete agains

Success can be defined different by many people there is no set definition about what success is. However, the core blue print of success is seen as being on top of your game professionally and financially set for life. It is true that in order to be successful today there needs to be risk and not careful planning. Many times you have only one shot to hit it big and one shot only. Truly successful people are passionate and willing to give up everything in order to achieve their dreams.

All of around the world there are people coming up with new innovations every second of the day. With careful and precise planning the greatest businessman who went to Harvard could be overpassed because of the fear not giving up everything to hit it big. Men and women who work on Wall Street do not hit it big by weighing the pros and cons. They go after what they believe in and risk it all believing the end outcome will be success.

When we look at men like Waltz Disney and Donald Trump we think one-thing successful men. Both men thought precisely about what they wanted to achieve and make of their selves. However, both men went bankrupt and never gave up taking big risk on all that they had because they were invested in their dreams. If they carefully planned everything out could they may have not went bankrupt? Yes. But there could have been the possibility of another man just as smart as them with similar ideas coming around the corner to take ahold of their ideas and hit it big. By taking the risk they took they left no room to be overpassed by anyone.

Careful planning is great. When a woman is pregnant she needs to have everything planned to make sure she has a safe and successful delivery. If things are not planned there could be altercations during her labor causing harm to herself and her baby. On the contrast, in business, music, theatre you need to take risk because there is always someone just as smart, and just as educated who can come and snatch up everything that you have been working hard for. Another example, is a businessman can wait carefully for a promotion and do all that he is expected to do for years. Within seconds a new employee who just started at the firm can take a big enough risk and be seen as amazing by all of the partners and take that mans promotion that he waited for carefully and patiently.

In ending, doing things carefully can be great and well in the end, but risk get you places that being careful could never take you. President Barack Obama may have planned out his presidency for years before running but it was taking risk in the end that got him in the white house.
