Many employees may work at home with the modern technology. Some people claim that it can benefit only the workers, not the employers.

To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Raising a global technology has helped people to work most, It has created efficiency for the employees to complete their works at home. Some argue that it only becomes a benefit for workforce but not for the employer. This essay totally disagrees with the statement because of the benefit it brings to the workplace.

There are several reasons why raising a high-tech should not be a problem for a company or employer. Primarily, it helps workforce to finish their tasks efficiently. This is mainly because the employee not required to come and spend their time to go to office and gets traffic in the public transportation. While working at home with apps they can finish the task by using their time that usually spent at public transport. For instance, a half of facebook's workforce spent their times in traffic in 2008 and it was affecting working hours to finish the task, a new regulation has been made to create efficient working hours along the period, and the regulations allow facebook's worker to complete their tasks at home by apps and the result, this collaboration creates more benefits related to marketing and sales performance of company.

In addition, High-tech is able to reduce the burden of operational cost. This means, when a company is able to complete the task based on apps , it reduces the cost for operational such as electricity, monthly travel pass, internet, food & beverages, etc. This reduction occurs after a company allows their workers to finish the task at home by utilizing the high-tech.

To conclude, Advanced technology is not a limit or a problem for company, it has become benefits not only for workers but also companies.

The table shows the regular distance of people traveling that measured based on miles of travelled between 1985 and 2000. Overall, it is noticeble, that inhabitant prefered to choose a car rather than walked for hanging out in both different years.

By 1985, the figure had shown accuratelly, that the proportion of inhaitand walked traveling account for 255 miles during a year. By contrast with car usage, the average travelled up to 3.1995 miles, the car usage tenfold from walked distance accumulation. In 2000, the average distance of travelled by car was increase dramatically up to 4.806 miles while the number of people travelled on foot decreased slightly to 237 miles. we can see that the inhabitant were more likely to travel by car over the ten years.

The charts reveal about the aggregate of inhabitant in Japan based on survey prediction in the past, present, and future in over a hundred years, measured by millions. Overall, it is noticeable that the Japan populace had reached a peak in 2005, while the rest of the years occurred change in the quantity of populace. Moreover, the number of older people will be predicted to increase in 2035.

In 1950, the number of population had started in the lowest percentage throughout the years while in the following years, the population was increased gradually. It can be seen from the figure, the proportion of populace for about 84.1 with older people percentage by 4.1. However, the growth of population was accompanied by the number of older people. In 2005, when the total population had reached a peak up to 127,8, this was followed by the quantityr of older people simultaneously increased up to 25,5 in the same period.

Interestingly, in 2035, eldery is predicted to increase up to 37,7 while the number of population will be decrease to 110. This trend is likely different from the last decade. Lately, Based on the figure,when the population of Japan is likely occur double decrease, the aggregate of older people is predicted stagnant at about 36-37%.
