Why did you choose your proposed course and institution

When childhood, I have a wish to live independently and become global citizen who can travel around the world
Raised by parent that conducted polygamy marriage made me experiencing unfair situation regarding child and woman rights. It made me think that I have to treated and be treated fairly. I studied all subject from general high school that I had never learnt (because I studied at Vocational High School) as material of entrance test at best law school in Indonesia and I passed it

I have been deepened business law since I studied at university. I realized law touching almost every aspect of life and constantly evolving to keep up with current society. I took numerous subjects of law, all of them are 177 credits whereas graduation requirement is only 144 credits. I achieved satisfying score especially in commercial arbitration subject

I have been being consistently working in legal dispute field for 5 years. Since being a member of YYY, I learnt that arbitration is an effective method to settle a commercial dispute. The method is more autonomous than litigation because Party autonomy principle that parties can choose forum, law, and procedure to be applied

There is a problem on enforcing contract that has obtained international arbitration award. If there is a clausal in contract to be executed in District Court that contradicts with the state's public order, it causes the award cannot be enforced. Judicial institution has not played roles maximally to give certainty in some international arbitration awards enforcement requisition because of uncertainty on defining public order. Whereas, the judicial institution is gateway for arbitration award to enter the state for execution purpose

I am willing to learn public order provision. I opt for xxx and zzz, because they have outstanding academic and research reputation globally. They were built more than a 100 years ago which have been proven on giving excellent world-class teachings and researches. xxx has specialization in Business Law and zzz has specialization in International Commercial Law. Their locations in Australia is nearby and neighboring country to Indonesia. There are many issues between the neighboring countries. Therefore, the course will be more related to Indonesian's context than if I study in other English Speaking Countries
