"I won't give up on us even if the skies get rough" from Jason Mras' I won't give up would be the best song depicting me. There is no way that someone can never fail in life, however, it is your strength that makes a turn. I am passionate and I never give up. In the past I have challenged myself into doing things nobody ever thought I could accomplish, it has always been the thought of wanting to try again and try harder that made me finish those seemingly impossible goals. The line "I'm tough enough" is always what I say to myself when I start to doubt my own abilities. Whenever there is a chance for me I would try my best. It is always better to try and fail than to regret you that you have lost the chance. I am maybe not born a genius but I am always completing the 99% to become one.

No one never fails in life. However, it is your strength that makes a turn. That is my philosophy of life.

I did very bad in middle school and went to a mid-tier high school, and I later changed to a very selective high school (which was a complete surprise for everyone).

The word limit is 150 so I really don't know where to fit it.

I agree that you should at least mention one trial/tribulation you faced if that's the main subject of your essay. "I always challenge myself, like the time when ____. Even when I initially fail to succeed, it is my perseverance that helps me reach my seemingly impossible goals.


Upon facing doubt, I can turn to the lyric "I am tough enough" to keep myself going/to motivate myself.
