I know this is not very organized, and the ideas aren't developed well just yet, any help will be appreciated, thanks

Leadership is an art and a science; I think that I've expressed my artistic practice and involvement with leadership so far in my scholastic career. But as art is an emotional expression based mainly on a foundation of leadership that I have acquired from observing and attempting. But as any art is, there needs to be a foundation, the science, in order to do things properly and better. Leadership moves the world. There's no substitute for leadership. I want to think critically, communicate, and lead effectively. I want to learn deeper knowledge about leadership. I want to improve my ability to lead. I want to develop my presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. I want to learn ways to connect the social issues that I've faced and may face in the future using my learned understandings of cultural diversity in leadership.I consider leadership as a high regard that is needed to bring rise to new ideas as well as developing them and continuing them. Leadership can be used in all aspects of life as simply being a good citizen, a company manager, and an artist. Leadership is necessary to solve difficult problems and accomplish goals. Leadership is a fundamental human activity that I want to expand my knowledge of the world. I had to earn and learn my leadership and I think that is what makes it such a valuable quality.

The world is not homogeneous, the world is diverse, and the future only leads to more diversity. I want to be able to lead in various diverse communities. It is important to learn about the different structures and functionalities that various ethnic groups have. Because this is of vital importance to learn the networks upon which these groups work. The relationships of a culture, in order to be a leader must be in place and have efficient in his/her leadership. This is important to identify the most appropriate leaders, and create those foremost connections and create, essentially the foundation or social group to guide one's ideas. I understand that tension can occur because of cultural differences, as I've been the president of Arriba. I want to learn ways to connect the social issue that I've face and may face in the future using my learned understanding of cultural diversity in leadership. Furthermore, I find it important to understand the social organization to build values and strengths. I want to study leadership because of intellectual curiosity and desire. Serendipity. I consider leadership, as a high regard that is needed bring rise to new ideas. I think it can be used in all aspects of life as simply being a citizen, a manager, even an artist. I find that there will be an everlasting demand for leadership and I find it important to learn the ways of leadership in order to use i.e. also understand that leadership is essential in today's job market. With so many college graduates unable to find a job in their field of study, qualities like leadership are crucial in competing in today's demanding marketplace.

It is important to learn about the different structures and functionalities that various ethnic groups have. I want to inspire for greater things. It is of vital importance to learn about the foundation and networks that different groups have in place. In order to understand them, work with them. Furthermore, I find it important to understand the social organization to build values and strengths, I want to study leadership because of intellectual curiosity and desire and serendipity. I think there will be an everlasting demand for leadership, and studying it will give me the knowledge necessary for life. With many college graduates unable to find employment, a leadership quality is crucial in a competing in today and tomorrow's job market. Effective leadership makes for smoother operations. My passion for leadership began with a foundation for academic excellence in minorities, I want to spark passion and love of education in everyone. Five of my friends and myself all shared this same belief and so we created our group Arriba: the name stemming from the Spanish word meaning "up" or "rise": this name was chosen because we believed that the name should match all of our aspirations. I was not born with a natural ability to lead, I struggled with the creation and movement of the group and this is where I learned and earned my leadership.

Five of my friends and myself believe in academic excellence in more minorities. We wanted to spur passion and love of education in everyone. To picture this aspiration, we named the group Arriba. The name stemming from the Spanish word simply meaning "Up" or "Rise": this name was chosen because we believed the name should match all of our aspirations.

My family has always needed to work strenuously for anything we needed. My parents never had the opportunity to achieve the education as they had wished. It has taken them more than twenty years to get to where we are. But, we do not live in luxury! We live by means of getting the necessities. We also send money back to Mexico to my grandparents for medical bills to help them live a better life. I have seen my parents struggle here after emigrating from Mexico. Arriving, they expected a better life, but it was a rough start, the American Dream did not hit them, as they had wanted.

Constantly visiting hospitals with anxiety wondering if my brother was going to be alive the next day; suffering from mitochondrial myopathy- weakening everything from his muscles to his neurons. With medical bills for his treatments that never worked, my mom could only stay at home and pray for the best while my dad worked to earn the slightest amount of money to be able to feed his family. Yes, it's been a rough journey, but we continue to strive for a better tomorrow. My parents have even achieved becoming citizens of the United States. I look up to them and their persistence, because as any immigrant knows this process is long and very difficult. Because of my parents, I like to say that I have a stubborn approach to my education; I will accomplish what I set I myself to do. I appreciate what I have today and the opportunities I have that weren't available to my parents. This Scholarship program would help me do what I want to do with my life, I want to make my family proud and help them afford an education that would otherwise be a financial crisis. This scholarship will not go to waste; I will accomplish the goals I set out for. I am not ready to declare what my future has in store. Nonetheless, I am absolutely sure that wherever I go, I will continue to learn everything possible. I will expand what I know to new levels. I want to set myself to a high standard to meet and rise above expectations. I will use my new experiences and knowledge toward my goals in my life and in my community, to grow intellectually and personally. Plainly, it will help me show my infinite appreciation towards my parents' bravery and sacrifices they've for better life- I want to give them that.

You repeat "But as art" twice in your intro within short frequencies. Avoid repetition of phrases as they make the reader bored.

The world is not homogeneous, the world isbut diverse, and the future only leads to more diversity.we have to expect that future would be more diverse.

My family has always needed to work strenuously for anythingeverything we needed.
