Studying in Canada - my study plan

Could anyone please correct my study plan,and give me some advices ? I am going to apply my application to the Embassy of Canada but i am really not sure about my study plan . I afraid that they will give me a refusal if my study is not clear. Thank you very much

My Study plan:

My name is Tran Hoang Kim, 19 years old .I had just graduated from high school. However, I was planning to study oversea so I decided to look for a good university outside my country to apply. That was how I know of the University of British Columbia, one of the top universities in the world, having an outstanding global academic reputation and strong ranking across many facilities. Because of its excellent environment, I wish to pursue my personal goals of perceiving more about the field of Biotechnology at UBC, thus be better able to become a biotechnologist.

Furthermore, I also research on the Internet about biotechnology and bioinformatics. I am very excited about genetic manipulation, recombinant gene and immunology. It is a relatively new and fast-developing field that integrates knowledge from several traditional sciences: biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology, and chemical engineering.

In term of my studying duration, I believe that it will take 4 years to complete my Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology's degree. Moreover, I will try my best to acquire high academic achievement over the time I study in Canada. Obviously, I will come back to my home country with various reasons. First, Vietnam is one of developing countries among the world so we may not have extensive knowledge to improve our technology in such a new field like Biotechnology ,so with patriotism I am in the high hope of contributing myself, with all knowledge that I will be studied at UBC, to support Vietnamese education in the field of Biotechnology in order to keep abreast of recent scientific developments. Second ,I really love my parents but now they are old so I have to take care of them and cannot let them be alone such a very long period so it will mean that whenever I finish my degree ,I have to come back to fulfill my duties as their daughter.

After all, Studying in Canada will be joyous path and astronomical motivation for me to keep following my dream of becoming a truly biotechnologist and helping my country.

I am Tran Hoang Kim, nineteen year old high school graduate.

However, I was planning to study oversea so I decided to look for a good university outside my country to apply.

I now intend to study overseas, which I have been dreaming for a very long time. So I did research on a good university outside my home country which would suit my aspirations and study goals.

That was how I know of the University of British Columbia, one of the top universities in the world, having an outstanding global academic reputation and strong ranking across many facilities.

That is how I learned about the University of British Columbia, one of the top universities in the world having an outstanding reputation and ranking in global standards.

Ok.... let's see how I can help you with;
First, what is your study plan?... I think you need to talk about what you intend to study in this program.... Talk about the areas you are interested in studying.... Talk about the practical, research exposures you intent to gain. .... I feel the following part is not really relevant;

My name is Tran Hoang Kim, 19 years old [...] thus be better able to become a biotechnologist.

If you can re post another draft having these points in my mind, I'll certainly help you to improve it further :)

First ,they asked me to write about :
A) why i choose this school ,my degree(Bachelor of Science) and program ( Biotechnology) ?
B) Explain my future academy achievement plans
C) My future plans after i finish my degree in Canada and come back to VietNam.

1) i intend to study 4 years in University and really want to have a good job after i finish .However I want to stay there to become there citizen but i cannot tell the Embassy that because they will absolutely give me the refusal .So i need to convince them that i have strong ties with my country and i wont stay there after i finish, must return to VietNam with many reason.

2) what i most interested in Biotechnology is genomics, genetic manipulation, recombinant gene and immunology ,development of pharmaceutical therapies and diagnostic tests .
After all my desire is that i want to get a good job in pharmaceutical company ( i really want to give all my knowledge in this field to help sick people).

Okkkkkk...Let's tackle the very first one;

A) why i choose this school ,my degree(Bachelor of Science) and program ( Biotechnology) ?

Tell them about how you became interested in this field (Biotechnology) and how your passion developed. Then tell them why want to pursue studies in this area. Then talk about some features of the school that can help you achieve your goal. Do a small draft and post it... Then I can help you improve it. When you do the draft, I can get the information from it and then it is easy for me to help you. Do this first para and post it :)
