A comparison of the information about the proportion of Bulgarians education levels who have plan to emigrate to overseas for three periods between 2002 and 2008 is shown in the bar chart. Overall, Bulgarian people who have secondary education level were the highest proportion during three years although it had downward trend. Meanwhile, Bulgarians with primary and lower education were increase gradually.
