Ross Ellis who is volunteering charity for sick or dying kids children for decades, decided to make it as her full time job. In 1999 Ellis established 'Love Our Children USA' which focus on the child abuse prevention organization, then in 2005 changed the focus into STOMP Out Bullying. It is come up with solutions on how to respond to all kind of bullying, and provides counseling and referral service for victims and risk of suicide. STOMP already helped approximately 5 million children and teens via online assistance, school educational programs, peer mentoring, and its 24/7 help chat line.

Ellis told her own story, that when she was in primary high school she did not have any single friend to play with, until suddenly she unexpectedly became popular in Middle School but she never forgot that sense of loneliness.

She studied fine art at NYU and the Paris College of Art. She pushed become an art teacher by her mother which is contradict with her own passion. After view times changed jobs, she worked for an insurance company as special events director. This company hosted lot of charity events, it was her first time worked as philanthropy and she enjoyed it. She found her passion, and then started volunteering for the Mount Sinai Hospital Pediatric Hematology-Oncology department.

There was 13 years old girl who suffers of congestive heart failure. Ellis asked her, "if you could do anything in the world, what would you do?" she said "I'd like to be a model in magazine" Ellis makes it come true by calling the editor of CosmoGirl. They arrange a photo shoot for this girl and gave her celebrity treatment.

After come in and out from view jobs she found a case about 18 months old girl who dumped in hospital because she had AIDS and another children who exhibited physical abuse. Ellis tried to called children's family service but it does not make any different. This experience and her own old story make her set her final decision to focus on children abuse and bullying. She run her own charity by talking with people all day, getting a website done, a broad of directors, and networking with people who might be interested in donating.

Ellis said it is not easy to raised money but she keep on her mind that the bigger your effort that you put in, the bigger thing that you will get. Big goal takes time to reach!
