TASK: Some people think that students benefit from going to private secondary schools. Others, however, feel that private secondary schools can have a negative effect on

society as a whole. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Education can be contemplated as the process of acquiring new knowledge and skills and there are many changes taking place in education system with modernism, especially in private schools. Some believe that private secondary schools are more beneficial while others oppose it. I give my view through following explanations.

Private school teachers can focus on every student due to sufficient staff according for given number of students. Subsequently, they can get a chance to know students' abilities and weak points by which they can take measures to improve their standards . Furthermore, private school managements are implementing web based teaching techniques by which they can make studies more interesting and entertaining. At the same time, private schools try to enhance students' creativity and abstract thinking power by engaging students in extracurricular activities such as painting , sports, music or painting. Likewise, students in private schools learn more productive elements such as discipline and punctuality than students in government secondary schools.

On the other hand, schooling in private schools are very expensive. It may be a burden to an average family. Moreover, these schools can create social discrimination like rich and poor because only affluent classes can afford such charges. In addition, students may develop negative qualities namely, not having social contacts with people from low economic status and they may treat others as inferiors.

To summarize, I can say that private schools are having many facilities and their quality of education is much more better than government authorized schools but they should minimise their prices so that it is reachable to all people in the society and they should also teach about the basics of life like respect towards everybody irrespective of religion and socio-economic position.

TASK: Some people think history has nothing or little to tell us, but others think that studying the past history can help us better understand the present. Please discuss the two views and give your own opinion.

Ancient history is the most valuable possession of mankind and is being preserved in the form of books and artifacts. Some believe that history does not help in the current trend while others think that it is useful to progress in the present life. I give my view though following explanations.

Past events will give a clear picture of transformation of primitive era into the modern world which will show the importance of previous generations' participation in such qualitative change. In addition, it will create a sense of inspiration especially among young generations when they got the knowledge about their fore-fathers achievements. Likewise, modern scientists are implementing old scientists ideas in many researches. As an example, computer is the one of the greatest inventions and number of models are being designed which are entirely based on the basic principle developed by Charles Babbage from 18th Century.

On the other hand, humans should not have take a step ahead without knowing the past. History is the root to know about the evolution of human-beings. We should not have developed genetic engineering which helps in many gene related cancers and it became possible only with knowledge shared by our previous great experimenters.. Similarly, Indians celebrate Independence Day as their national event . They should not have participated in that special event without knowing the significance of that day. So, it is very important to know about our rich history.

To summarize, I can say that history is the crucial tool in widening our knowledge about the past, present and future.

TOPIC: Air travel can only benefit the richest people in the world. Ordinary people can get no advantage with the development of air travel. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Aircraft is one of the greatest inventions of mankind. I disagree with the given statement that air travel can be beneficial to only affluent classes and common man is not able to have any pros with it. I state my view through following explanations.

Firstly, air couriers are the fastest ways of transferring information in the form of couriers, letters, gifts and goods between nations. For example, people are able to do online shopping from anywhere and irrespective of the location of sales location due to the facility of air travel courier.

Secondly, air travel has been becoming one of the medical emergency transportations since decades. Higher authorities are using air travel in any major accidents where emergency team can't have any access to rescue public.For example, air travel played a crucial role in saving lakhs of people in the major devastating floods occured recently India.

Thirdly, it is one of the defence divisions. This gives assurance to the public by giving safety in the form of protecting their region's airspace and controlling aircrafts as well.

Now-a-days, all kids of people are getting an opportunity to use these services as some airline services are charging low prices.

To summarize, I can say that rich people may use it as for their travel but it is useful in several ways to the common man.So , both are taking the advantage of it regardless of their economic status.

Population control is one of the greatest concerns in this current environment. Some believe that government has responsibility in controlling its population growth by regulating family size through rules. I agree with their belief and I support my view through following explanations.

Every field of business has to be maintained by a nation's government such as economy, curriculum, health-care facilities, infrastructure developments and even life expectancy rates. If population is growing and people are not taking care their family size in spite of government's awareness programme, then government has the right to implement family control programme without the acceptance of rules from public .The consequences of overpopulation will have dramatic negative impacts on quality of life and even resources will be depleted which all will result in poverty , lack of medical care, unemployment and even deaths due to starvation. Furthermore, government has to take support from other nations to meet the demands which will even worse it's financial status and it will lose its pride and status in front of other countries. In addition, people of the entire nation may blame for its ineffective strategies in population over growth.

In such condition, the entire situation should be controlled by nation's government at an early stage to avoid these effects. It has to build strict rules and regulations on family planning programme. Moreover, it should punish people who are not willing to obey orders with high tax and by limiting the availability of services.

To conclude, I can say that not only over populated countries but also other countries should control this condition as it is the principal cause of pollution and global warming. At the same time, people should act sensibly because a nation is formed by people, so they should not cause for destruction of their own mother land.
