It is true that the price of living is more and more increasing rapidly in all around the world. Therefore, it bears lots of changes on how people live, earn, and spend their money.

Firstly, the biggest reason which causes this problem is the demand is higher day after day, but natural, goods, foods resources is are becoming scarcely. This problem is the consequence of the higher population density and it puts stress on many aspects of our lives. The cost of food and drinks increasing is the most serious as it decides life quality. If people do not have enough money and they cannot afford to adequate rations, their family will be difficulty in living due to starvation. As a results, they are not able to work effectively so they less money because of their poor productivity. For example, with 3$ earning everyday, poor people only eat noodles instead of rice with meat. Additionally, the cost of renting house is growing dramatically which contributes a lot on the financial burden of all people. The rare of accommodation and the overpopulation makes renting house is a complex question to low-earning people. For instance, people in Hong Kong have to live in some places like cages, there life is difficult and they must choose there to live since it is not expensive for them to afford.

Secondly, some solutions must be used to solve this knotty phenomenon gradually. The most effective remedy is stopping rising the price of food in the supermarket, it will help people a lot. Local government can do it by support the farms with money for transportation and the price will decrease. Moreover, government should build more home which is small but clean and cheap for people to live in. In addition, Increasing the earning of people is integral that helps people manage their lives effectively.

In conclusion, the cost of living increasing affects a lot on lives but if government can help people in many aspects of lives, this cost of living is not a complicated question.

Summary: the cost of living consist of: food, accommodation, etc is increasing rapidly. This problem is a big question to many people especially low-earning peple.

In these days, fitness has aroused people's discussion. Although the problems associated with the situation can be pronounced, they are not without feasible solutions.

Not being fit and active is certain to trigger undesirable problems in the modern ages and people almost feel uncomfortable with their body condition. In fact, people are busy with their work, home caring so they will lack of time to do more exercise. Moreover, junk foods and drinks tend to make people have unhealthy balance in their life. Consequently, they will have inadequate nutrition to provide for them day after day and they become unfit and inactive. Thus, nowadays, most people are not as vigorous as the people living actively and healthily in the past.

Notwithstanding, the problems above can be remedied, provide that some of following preparatory steps are taken. First, people ought to manage their spare time to do more exercise to maintain their superb health. Good condition can help them to prevent from coming down with lots of common diseases such as cough, sore throat or even fever, etc. Second, in lieu of eating fast foods at office, people had better prepare their meals every day, therefore, they can absorb enough nutrition for the body. Last but not least, not staying up late and get approximately 8 hours of sleep a night play a crucial role in helping people active and fit. Additionally, good sleep are capable of ease completely tiredness.

In conclusion, being in good shape has some holistic approaches should be adopted .Only when people endeavor get over this perspective can this issue be remedied thoroughly.

People are living in large cities today face many problems in their everyday life.
What are these problems?
Should government encourage people to move to a smaller regional towns?

The urban people, nowadays, have to cope with numerous challenges in their life. I believe there are three main problems associated with this situation, but also three remedies we can adopt.

Perhaps the major problem of the urban life is the availability to obtain occupation. The majority of people living in developing cities come from poor and backward rural. It is very difficult for them to find suitable occupation as they lack of skills and do not accumulate enough experience. Consequently, it is inevitable they have to get daily-wage job to earn money. Another problem linked to the jobless is that a great deal people are homeless, which is drastically increasing in big cities. For instance, people, who are short of money, need to sleep on the sidewalks rather than cozy beds. Finally, we should take this problem into consideration. The quality of the air in many cities is declining dramatically day by day. This is because the smoke from factories and transportation increasing makes the air dirty. Homeless people sleeping outside have to breathe the unclean atmosphere, therefore, their respiratory system will be gradually destroyed.

Turing to solutions, the biggest step would improve the level of life with regard to job, health. The government should encourage people to return back to their hometown. This can be possible if the media and the government raise rural people awareness of the abundance of natural's provision. Further step, the supervision should support to establish schools for specialize them more skills to exploit the diverse resources. Furthermore, to solve life's quality, we can help through raising fund and subsidize them allowing people to manage their life better.

In conclusion, the key problems of this situation can be addressed through the combination of the government and our society.
