Nowadays, the advance in technology brings several benefits for people, it plays an important role in our daily life. Some people believe that high-technical stuff has a bad influence on traditional cultures., traditional habits could be replaced by advancements. For me, I don't agree with this assertion, technological tendency and traditional habits can co-exist.

At first look, technological advancements may make work easier, but traditional cultures are time-honored traditions that represent a country's beauty culture. Handmade items, such as traditional handicrafts, are popular tourist attractions in Vietnam. Another example is Mochi, traditional Japanese cuisine that is prepared in a traditional manner by an expert chef in order to bring good fortune in the next year.

Second, traditional handcrafted items have grown popular as a result of the rise of social media. Based on the growth of technology, there are many convenient ways for us to make a journey to natural landscapes. People nowadays enjoy spending their vacations in the countryside, which helps them to be more relaxed and peaceful. For instance, since Tiktok became popular, people have known more about traditional vacation customs around the world.

To summarize, both technology and old cultures will be necessary for our future lives. They are able to co-exist and supply our core values in many ways. The balanced development in both aspects is a trending of the future.

In my view, gyms and stadiums are not as important as a conjunction of various methods.

On the left, improving sporting infrastructure could motivate people to do more exercise. People can gather together at the same place for not only physical exercise but also to make friends and talk to them to ease pressure on themselves. This helps them enhance their physical and mental health. Weight training in a wide space mostly brings higher effectiveness than at home. For instance, according to WHO statistics, the obesity rate in the US has fallen by 20% as a result of states' investing more funds to build sports centers across the country. However, the advancement in public health needs other steps.

On the right hand, the government needs to ensure food apply. Even more, nutrition education should be popular with people, raising public knowledge of the health benefits of a well-balanced diet, and frequent exercise. For example, the media is emphasizing nutrition education initiatives in schools and colleges resulting in a 25 percent reduction in obesity among teenagers in Japan. Consequently, different ways all bring advantages to our community, but not just any of them.

Some say that people should commit crimes at a young age; the same is true of how the government treats adults. Others disagree with this statement. Young people should be prosecuted under the law, just as adults are punished when they commit crimes.

Firstly, young people must take responsibility for their actions like adults because of the justice system. If they commit serious crimes, treating them as adults ensures that they face appropriate consequences for their behavior. This creates the fairness that people of any age must comply with the law. If young people are treated more favorably than adults, they may not be afraid of doing wrong things because they know that the law will treat them lightly. The law is no longer fair to all, leading to the system losing people's trust.

Secondly, treating young offenders the same as adults may deter others from engaging in criminal behavior. They will face adult-level consequences for their actions, which could dissuade young people from committing crimes in the first place. Many governments have introduced harsher penalties for young people to deter them from breaking the law. Youth crime rates in those countries are lower than anywhere else. On the contrary, in countries that reduce sentences for underage people, teenagers tend to imitate each other in doing wrong things.

To sum up, holding young people accountable for what they did is essential to maintain the country's law. This can be seen as a warning that young people should not break the law because they can face penalties like adults.
