Nowadays,there are many stories in the news occurring environment problems for such acid rain, global warming and depleting of ozone layer. Where are the community who are concern on the environment's condition? What do we need to do to inculcate them with environment saving habits? Actually there are many steps can be taken to encourage others in nurturing the environment. One of the step is by introducing a "Protecting the Environment" campaign. As usual the campaign will educate people to be more concern on the environment's condition. However, from this campaign, many new rules imposed and also activities that will heartened others on protecting the environment together.

Through the campaign, we introduce a ruling that drivers who park their cars are not allowed to leave their engines running. This is because it can help to reduce the emission of carbon monoxide from vehicles. Furthermore, security guards are tasked to advise those waiting in the car to turn off their engines. Besides that, for those who purchase a hybrid car are entitled to three months of free parking in the city. With these rules, there will be many people concern on the effects of using excessive of petrol to the environment.

A talk on how to practice green lifestyles at home also will be held to instil them on environment saving habits. Through the talk, we can encourage them to live healthy lifestyles such as use energy saving bulbs and low energy appliances. For those who love planting, insist them to plant certain herbs that repel mosquitos. As a result, it can help to avoid using harmful chemical insecticides that endangered other living life.

The authorities also need to play their roles in enforcing strict law to those who do not care on the cleanliness of the environment. They can imposed fine of RM 50 on the spot for those who caught littering. Moreover, operators who do not keep their premises clean could be fined up to RM 1,000. By imposing fine to the offenders, it can give them a lesson and they will be afraid to repeat their mistakes again.

Everyday there are many wastes thrown either domestic waste or industrial waste. On top of that, there must be a proper treatment for these wastes, so that, it will not pollute the environment. Another step can be done is recycle all non-biodegradable materials such as plastic bottles, cans and newspapers, instead of sending them to garbage bin. In addition, the recycle materials will be produce into new products.

To end, the recognition will be given to individuals who have contributed towards environmental conservation. Besides that, a reward of rebate up to RM 500 on yearly assessment also given to those who follow a green lifestyle. This will be another step to catch more people to be a part of the campaign.

On the whole, I would like to suggest that all Malaysians should live a green lifestyle, for example, use energy saving bulbs and low energy appliances at home. Causes of Loafing Among Youths

Nowadays, there are many news regarding teenagers problems occurring such as bullying and committing suicide. Loafing among youth is a common problem happening to students in schools during the class sessions. There will be many places that are normally favoured by them such as shopping complexes, fast food stalls and cybercafes which are near to school. There are some causes of loafing among youths and the steps should be taken to curb and reduce this problem.

Loafing among youths happened due to inattention from parents. This is because some parents are too materialistic and they just care about jobs and money. There are also some parents are poor, so that, to earn extra money, they do part time jobs in a day in order to cope with their financial expenses Because of busy with their jobs, they only spend less time with their children. As a result, the children end up involved in loafing problems.

Another causes of loafing among youths is because of they let themselves to befriend with the wrong peers. As a result, they are easily influenced by the negative mode. Sometimes youth's thinking is not strong enough to differentiate between right and wrong. It is not denial that friends are important for us, so choosing good friends is a steps to bring us to the right way.

Parents play an important roles as good leaders to help to overcome loafing problems among youths. Parents should spend quality time with their children, so that, they can get to know each other very well. Parents can do many activities such as watching movies in cinema, go for picnic and even doing chores together. When the children get close to their parents, then, they will discuss and speak about their problems.

The school authorities should also enforce strict law to eradicate loafing problems. the school should cane the students in front of other students if they being indiscipline, so that, they feel embarrassed and would not commit the same mistake again. Furthermore, it can also be a lesson to other students too.

On the whole, everyone must be involved in the fight against loafing problems among youths before it becomes worse. If parents, teachers and school authorities are committed, but without help from the youths, the objectives to fight against loafing problems could not be achieved. The youths should realize that they are the next generation to lead the country. Because of that, they need to spend time on studies instead of loafing.

1) Public examinations have bred a generation of rote-learners, but not thinkers. What are your views on this? Write a suitable introductory paragraph.

Students are oblige to sit on public examinations. Due to the examinations, there are many stories of successful students pass with flying colours spread in the TV news. Because of the situation, people believe that the improvement of their children's knowledge is based on the examinations. But, do the successful students can really think outside of the box? Or do they can be the next generation who invent a sports car that can be move under the water? A public examination is not necessarily will produce the generation with a good thinker.

2) Many Malaysian viewers feel that censorship laws are too strict and should be abolished. Do you agree?

The government or certain organizations do really have the right to censor and remove certain forms of media by their own beliefs? Or these decisions should be left up to you and that adults and parents should be making the decisions on what they themselves and their children should be watching and hearing? Some people believe that this is true and others like the government and other types of organizations believe that these restrictions and limits must be pressed on the media to protect their households from types of media that they feel may be inappropriate to them. However, the censorship in the media is too strict and not well handled that have to be abolished.
