Increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve growing traffic and pollution problems. To what extent do you agree or disagree? What others measures do you think might be effective?

With the tremendous increment in numbers of private vehicles these days, traffic congestion and pollution has increased. Traffic congestion and pollution has become one of the biggest problem in urban areas which need to be addressed and solved as quickly as possible. Some people believe that increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve growing traffic and pollution problem. I believe that this idea will bring certain changes to some extent but it is the obvious solution for the above problems.

First of all, it is important to find the root cause of the growing traffic and pollution problems, to solve it. One of the root cause for this is increasing numbers of private vehicles. Increasing price of petrol helps in limiting number of private vehicles to some extent but it will not be long lasting. Besides, rise in price of petroleum will have negative impacts in others fields as well. For instance price of foods, goods ,commodities will rise with increase in transportation cost. Government has to key role in controlling it. Government has to make strict rules and regulations on getting license and it can also impose higher tax on automobiles and spare parts to discourage the use of private vehicles.

Previously, public vehicles was only means of transportation that's why there was not much of traffic congestion as well as pollution. It is necessary to improve facilities on the existing public vehicles. Public transport should be made affordable, easily available and safe as especially female find it uncomfortable traveling in public vehicles alone. Proper training should be given to drivers and conductors especially about safe driving, where to pick up and drop the passangers and how to behave politely with them. Besides this, government should discourage the use of old vehicles lets say 20 years old vehicles as they emit more pollutant than new ones. And there must be the provision or certain standards about checking the emission of vehicles. If vehicle met that standard they should be encouraged to use and viceversa.

In a nutshell, it is not the best way to solve growing traffic and pollution by increasing fuel price as it will also affect other areas and it is better to improve public transport and encourage people to use it.

With the advancement in the field of communication technology and IT sector, we now can interact with people all around the world.These development has made a world like a small village.This latest development has greatly effected our life in many goodways. I think benefits of technology will outweigh its harms but it purely depends on users how they use it .

First of all, with the development of technology like mobiles and applications likes facebook, skype communication has been lot more easier than before.Previously, postal services was only the means of communication which was time consuming.But now with these latest techonologies one can easily transfer messages, talk, chat and even more they can live video chatt instantly with their loved ones who are far away from them.This has played a great role in maintaining long distance relationships which is its biggest advantage.Furthermore it has become lot more easier than before to make friends with people with similar interest wherever distant they may be.And these technologies have also played greater role in knowing about recent development in one's field of interest and interact with them.

Everything has pros and cons.Similar is the case of these techonologies but it depends on users what to get from it benefits or harms.These days we may or may not know the people living in locality but we know about the daily activities of friends, relatives who are abroad.Because of this we are being influenced more and more by foreign lifestyle and valuing less to our traditions and culture.

To sum up my overall idea about the latest technology it has huge benefits but less harms.But it also depends on user to harness its benefits or harms.

Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. Others, however, day that this would have little effect on public health and that other measures are required.Discuss both these views and give your opinion. WHO has defined " Health as state of not merely absence of disease and infirmity, but also physical, mental and social well being."Generally, people do not pay attention towards their health and only realize its importance when they have to spend hefty amount to recover from illness.Physical fitness plays a crucial role in becoming healthier. I believe public health can be improved to some extent by increasing number of sports facilities.

As we all know that, "Prevention is better than cure." So many people think that public health can be improved by increasing the number of sports facilities.People visit different health clubs to do physical exercise which helps in burning extra calories not required for bodies.For instance , playing football,basketball, badminton, volleyball, swimming,cycling helps in burning extra calories not required for bodies and makes us active. These physical exercises plays vital role in becoming fit.There are several others factors which has to be incorporated along with physical exercise to be healthy.

From the previous definition of Health by WHO,being healthy means not only being physically fit but also mentally fit as well as social well-being.Besides that , there are various mode of contamination of disease such as food , water,surrounding environment.So, people should be conscious about their eating and drinking habits, surrounding environment for prevention of disease and infirmity.Today stress, anxiety, depression is becoming major health issue.These problems has to be consulted to psychiatrist for proper treatment, physical activities cannot treat these types of disease.

In a nutshell, physical fitness plays crucial role to be healthy to some extent.That's why it is good idea to increase number of sports facilities but at the same time it is necessary to upgrade and increase the existing health facilities for improving public health.

Everyone likes to be famous in their own field and they put great effort for that.Especially, famous filmstars or sportsman often called as celebrity get limelight for thir work and they get appreciated. I tuly belive that being celebrity has more benefits than problems.

When a filmsartist or sportman become eminent in their field, they are often called as celebrity. Celebrity becomes well known in their work.They get love and respect from many people.They even get more and more exposure from in their own field and also limelight of media.They get invited at various programmes, social gatherings where they get to meet other eminent personalities as well where they get opportunity startThey good relationship with them. They also get opportunity to earn fame via advertisement.Their involvement in social programmes can influence other especially youths to participate in that to make such programmes a huge success.They also became inspirations of many youths.These benefits are highly regarded for celebrity.

Question: A government's role is only to provide defense capability and Urban infrastructure (roads, water supply etc.).All other services ( education, health services, social security) should be provided by private groups or individuals in the community. To what extent you agree or disagree?

It is believed that government has responsibility to provide adequate facilities for their citizens. It is also their duties for effective utilization of resources available within country for it's development.

It is the prime duty of government to provide defense capability and urban infrastructures of development like road, water supply, electricity etc.Only fulfilling these duties will not be sufficient.Government collects tax from citizens.Government should not think only about present, they have to make farsighted plan and policies, for the development of nation and upliftment of living standards of their citizens.For above mentioned things, it also comes under government's shoulder to provide quality education, better health facilities and better social securities.

Like other resources, Human resource is the pillar for country's prosperity.One of the difference between developed and underdeveloped country is the way how they manage their human resource. For effective utilisation of these assets, it is necessary to provide quality education, better health facilities, employment opportunities, , salary, allowances.Thus, it becomes the responsibility of the government to provide these facilities.In some cases, government might not have sufficient funds to allocate to these sectors.In such cases, government can implement plans and policies for private organisations to to invest in education, health and social security sectors and If possible may take loans, grants from organisations like World Bank, ADB,International communities in order to invest in these sectors.

In a nutshell, it is major responsibility of government not only to provide defense and urban infrastructure facilities but also quality education, better health facilities, social security for the development of nation but at the same time citizens also has to be responsible.
