2- try to shorten and don't repeat the info, to make the reader enjoy not get bored

you can say, After the graduation, with.... , I gained/ acquired specialty knowledge in both clinical....and basic health...,through working in ....for 3 years
and so on throughout the essay.

Dear @ Ljuma,

Chevening needs professional examples clarify your leadership or influence, that what I learnt from essayforum. Therefore there is no need to include your sibling, school and internship.

It's good to define the leadership concept from your perspective, then start to mention the leadership related situations at work.

As @Holt told me: What is your current occupation?

Discuss that and then think of an instance when you had to come forward as a leader.

What was the situation like? Would you say that your leadership and influencing skills were discovered or first presented at that point?

If you feel that is so then relate that story. That may be the best chance you have to write an essay that properly meets the prompt requirements.

The positive effect in the surrounding and making the others believe in themselves to go forward is the leadership as I believe.

While working as a chemist at a hospital laboratory, the deficiency of experienced chemists occurred. I was the only old experienced one when a team of new chemists was employed, at that moment I felt I had a big responsibility towards my new colleagues and resuming the work. I was assigned to train and lead the team. I communicated well with my team, trained, assigned tasks, supervised them to fulfill it, exchanged feedback and coordinated the work. I applied self- and other-motivation via focusing on the strength points and positive attributes to get the best out me and them to reach our target and meet the patients' needs. They thought that hard situations passed as their trainer was good listener and director, and also a friendly work environment, created by the team members' sense of humor and the trainer's positive attitude despite of the huge stress of daily tremendous amount of work due to employment travel related analysis.

There was a new chemist of a hospital laboratory team, who I trained her. She suffered from a huge problem in work organization and management particularly under the stress and she felt negative feelings about it. I began to guide her how to manage multitask work, her time and effort through arranging the tasks according the priority to reduce work stress, doing the similar steps simultaneously and following a tidy manner while finishing the task. After a short period, she was estimated as a successful chemist with good performance, she said "what made me performed well, the calmness to plan the work and control the situation till the success, which I learnt from you." I was glad that I had a quality and ability that leads the others to success and the others could learn it.

Please... recheck my network essay

Through working as a chemist at a manual branch laboratory in medical analysis field, I found a strange feature during examining a urine sample under a microscope, I consulted the manager who supervised and trained me. I went to him at the main laboratory for rechecking it. He told me the patient suffered from a fungal infection in the urinary tract because of presence of a type of fungi in the sample and a urine culture had to be done for right diagnosis and treatment later on. I got the right examination and guided the patient to the next procedure. Till now, I'm following the medical analysis of one of my family members with him. As well, laboratory work skills he taught me and I obtained, will assist me in my future career as a researcher.

While employment at a hospital laboratory, I encountered a problem, when a patient, who was suffering from severe abdomen pains, came for some microscopic examinations. Within checking the sample, I found some things I did not see before, which were related to Parasitology that I would study it in depth, at the second semester of physiology and biochemistry diploma while I was at the first one. Therefore, I called one of my colleagues, and she came and checked it with me in the next day. After checking, she told me there were one of intestinal tapeworms and a protozoan parasite. Thanks to her help, I handed the right result in the time, helped the patient and gained new information. I still communicate with her via social media for further help in my masters inquires as she is doing a master degree.

Additionally, a dear friend since the university study is providing me valuable information about the recent researches and applications of my interested area, Biotechnology, based on her recent capacity and expertise as a demonstrator in Microbiology and Botany department, at XXX University, when I meet her at the university or contact her via Facebook. I think she will help me and my network in the future due to her Microbiology experience.

Regarding Chevening, I hope to join the Chevening community as it is a great opportunity to enhance cultural exchange concept via meeting and communicating with people from different cultures and backgrounds, and expand my network by interacting with peers, professors and developers with various professional and scientific knowledge and experiences. As a scholar, I will connect to past Chevening alumni and bond both the past and present alumni to my old network for mutual benefits in Biochemistry and other fields.

Keeping contact via video and phone calling, attending events and activities, guiding them in their problems and inquiries, exchanging the information, sending notes, besides using social media, Researchgate and linkedIn, will maintain these networks for professional and social support and keep relationships alive.

There is nothing in your essay that dictates a network was created in relation to your work related activities.

Chevening needs to know about your professional network that means making a connection with someone at work, how do you maintain it over the long period so that you can call that person when you need help (e.g.,a professional favor or help in your work) .

so you need to talk about people not yourself and mention 2 situations/problemsin your work, you needed help and contacted a person who could assist you or give advice.

how did you contact or meet? what was the result? Did he refer you to someone else? If yes, then you have an existing contact or network at the moment.

talk about the importance of that network in relation to your career and how it can help the Chevening scholars both past and present.

For example, by working in Animal Sanctuary, talk about the work problems in which you contacted maybe one of your professors, trainers or colleagues, then apply the above tips.
