In the 20th century, mankind have witnessed tremendous industrial growth. This growth has led people to many problems, such as global warming, environmental destruction, deforestation, etc. In the recent Paris Summit many nations have expressed their concerns and discussed the challenges of sustainable development. This essay will discuss issues related to environment degradation and suggest some preventative measure.

The humanity have advanced by leaps and bounds due to advent of technologies and ground breaking innovations. However, our blind advancement and greed have pushed us on the edge, where greenhouse gases are causing uncertain weather patterns. The air pollution has increased due to increase in number petroleum based vehicles. Even though, two-third of earth surface is covered with water still there is shortage of drinking water, it is due to deposition of toxic waste directly into the rivers.

To overcome world need to come together to combat these challenges. We should emphasis more on public transportation than private vehicle, to curb emission of poisonous gas from vehicles. All the countries should enforce laws, to treat industrial waste before dumping into water bodies. That will prevent further deterioration of ecosystem of water bodies.

In conclusion, undoubtedly population of the Earth cannot survive without development. However, blind growth will make life worse for our future generations. Hence, world has to take stringent measures to combat these menaces.

The recent report shows, due to downturn in oil prices and globalization has boosted the tourism sector. Hence, many countries like Dubai, Singapore and some of the European countries, are capitalizing on this opportunity by promoting their tourism industries. However, some people hold an opinion, tourism having a negative effect on their culture and traditions. There are, therefore, people on the both sides of argument either for or against.

Let's have a look at it's negatives, some in society have raised an concern over diminishing of their native culture and traditions. To maximize economical gain people have compelled to assimilate in foreign culture. For example, Carnival, Brazil's festival of colors and costumes, many tourist flock to Brazil every year. There has been rise in crimes such as drugs, theft, to cater to tourist need. Also, many xenophobic attacks have been reported.

However, looking at other side of argument, tourism has greatly helped poor section of society. Tourism have fueled infrastructure development like hotel, restaurant, water-parks, cab services, etc. Also, people to people contact not only benefited economically, also, made people more liberal and open minded. These exemplify, tourism has proved to be catalyst for socio-economic growth in many countries.

To sum up, as they say "there are two sides of every coin". Tourism is no exception to that. Although, there are some drawbacks. Nonetheless, positives outweigh all negatives. Hence, tourism should be encouraged in any country, as, it helps to alleviate poverty from under developed countries.

The statistics published by World Intellectual Property Organization shows 2.7 million patents have filed around the world in year 2014, which is 4.5 percent increment from previous year. This explain the veracity of discoveries are happening. Majority of patent were filed in the field of computer and telecommunication. This essay will discuss advantages and disadvantage of these inventions with suitable examples.

In todays information age, computer has tremendously transformed people's lives. People use computer in every aspect of life from booking ticket on-line, purchasing favorite shoe from amazon to automation in industrial giants like Ferrari or Coca-cola. However, looking at flip side, there has been rise in cyber crimes such as cyber-bullying, internet based fraud, impersonation, etc.

The field of telecommunication, the next major field, has revolutionized the world. It has served mankind with, such as a live broadcasting of event world wide or helped to communicated live with others, by just dialing number phone numbers or to video conference over the Skype. Although, it has major contribution in development of humanity, it has dark side. For example, Twitter has empowered common people to express their thoughts instantly around the globe, but some terrorist groups have propagated there extremist ideologies spreading hatred among masses.

To sum up, it is indisputable fact that innovative inventions are indispensable to mankind advancement. Nonetheless, As they say "there are two sides of every coin" and no invention is exception to that. Needless to say, there has been some cons but pros outweighs them. In modern era, people should strive for advent of mankind. These trend is expected to continue for foreseeable future.

Many people think that regions affect successful person. What is your opinion about native region and accomplished person's influence on the region he belongs to.

Many people argue that success of an individual depends upon the environment in which he or she has grown up. However, in my opinion, native place's environment is only one factor and a person's attitude, capability and determination also play a pivotal role in achieving success.

Native environment plays a role in instilling(implanting) traits such as leadership, social skills, behavior, etc. These qualities an individual acquires over a period. The

behavior of people in the neighborhood, school friends, and college friends significantly affects behavior and skills of a person. For instance, Mahatma Gandhi a famous Indian leader received most of his leadership skills from people with whom he spent his childhood time.

However, the surrounding is just only one of many factors that play the important role in individual success. Moreover, success depends on once attitude, determination, dedication and will power, never give up atittude. For example, Mahatma Gandhi, The founding father of Indian freedom movement from British regime, has never compromising attitude for freedom from English and had determined and convinced with the idea of independent India. That led to the freedom of India and Gandhi

became the great leader as we know him today. May he have accepted as other have a rule of British over India then we might not have known him as a founding father of

modern India.

In conclusion, the surrounding plays very important role in individual's personality. However, person's attitude, interpersonal skill, determination and will power do certainly
play a significant role in success. As they say "Where's the will there's a way".
