The diagrams display the steps and all materials, which involved in the process of manufacturing cement, and continue to create concrete for contraction purposes. Overall, on creating cement, which the primary ingredients on making concrete, company have to make sure that all the stages is standardize.

First, limestone and clay are crushed by mixer machine to become powder. Next stage is the powder is heated to the proper temperature by rotating heater and the finally the powder is crushed by grinder so cement is already make it. And the cement packaged by using bags. Now the cement is ready to sell or use it on making concrete.

The next step is how to make concrete. The first stage is mixing 15% cements, 10% water, 25 sands, 50% gravel or small stones and mixed by put it together in concrete machine. After that we just wait until the entire ingredient are mixed and ready to use for construction purposes. Every single step is needed to watch by the constructed expert.

Increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve growing traffic and pollution problems. To what extent do you agree or disagree? What other measures do you think might be effective?

The core solution on traffic and pollution are raising the gasoline prices. According to my point of view, I disagree with this statement because there is still traffic even government has increasing the price of gas, and the pollution is causes from vehicle.

Traffic has become the worst nightmare for people in the city. Raising the gas price is not the best solution on decreasing the number of traffic. We have to consider making more mass transportation rather than raising the price because the benefit itself directly received by citizen. Study from the National Technology University in Singapore shows that japan has decreased the number of traffic over 60% by making mass transportation. As a result public transportation is the essential ones on decreasing traffic in every cities.

Generally people think that pollution is causes by gasoline. This statement is misunderstanding because pollution is come from the machine, which used fuel. In many cities, government has implementing the policy, which normalize used less carbon emission on people's vehicle. In my case, police will give people warning if their private vehicle produces large pollution in the cities. Others ways is advertise the Bike To Work programme also will decrease pollution level. A research from Oxford University shows that wrong type of gasoline, which is use in particular vehicle will produce more carbon emission compare with people who used right gas on their vehicle.

In conclusion, there are many ways how to tackle the issue of traffic and pollution. Rather than raising the price of gas, government can create mass transportation and check people's cars emission so they can control the pollution.

Some people believe that visitors to other countries should follow local customs and behaviour. Others disagree and think that the host country should welcome cultural differences.

In modern era, increasing numbers of tourism sector probably become a negative effect for local people, because some tourist may not follow their policy, but local people need to adapt with visitors cultures. In my opinion, both of them are correct but trully the tourist should know the information about local societies cultures.

First of all, local people should provide the information about foreign people primary needs, such as food . because it's also important to them to adapt the tourist cultures so there are not complaint from foreign people. For example, for muslim who have to eat Hallal Food if their countries can not provide any food related to their customs, they can lose the opportunity to increase the tourist number soon. If some countries maximize their resourse to give the best service for tourist I believe the tourist will recommend to other people. However, it is also essential for the visitors to know every info related to their behavior.

On the other hand, some tourist in the world is become problem, because their cultures is really different compare with their country. The tourist have to act like local societies habits. So they can being accepted in the country they visit to. For instance, eat etiquette for some some countries are essential. Like in in indonesia which common to add more salt, or soy souce in their food, but in France If the tourist do that thing, the chef will anger so the visitor have to adapt with their customs.

In conclusion, each sector have to realize about other cultures needs, because peace is created by people who understand the other. Local people and visitor need to know each people habits and behavior.

Modern-day is makes people to efficient every daily activities, communication become easily because of the technology. Some people think that technology have give a drawback for societies . In my opinion, I can't see any negative impact for people, trully it's depent on community attitudes.

First of all, some societies may think that technology in communication has growth within negative side. We can see al lot of people in any restorant or cafe which gather with friends is often busy with their phone rather than talk much to their friends, so the meaning of geathring it self become disappear. Other example is when people assembly with their families , often they play with their device, and it become severe because parents never warn their kids.

On the other hand, high-technology device also bring the helpful benefit for societies. For example, when we saperate with our families or friends we can still keep in touch by using the internet . so distance is not a problem anymore. Secondly, with recent technology communication is turn out to be easier than the past before. But the important thing is public can respond faster if there is a problem which happen suddenly. For example, if one of their families got accident so they can immediately call his parents.

In conclusion, technology is bring us to become closer with people around. People have to realize that their device also probably negative impact if people is not use their technology propery. As a result, modern device would develop and never bring a drawback for all of humans.

Most people think that one of the main mission which companies have to do is making a profit. Other think that the companies should not only focus on profit, but also on envirnoment and social activities. In my view, they should care about other community life, as a result from their contributions will bring positive impact between company and publicty.

Firstly, in companies perspctive they need to focus on making profit so they can give salary to the employee. If they enlarge the mission , it will increase monthly expense. For companies , it's fatal for them if they cannot give the salary for ther worker. Other reason is companies need to give much effort on making a good products which will bring much cost. Because of customer is their priorites , they need to give the best determination with the products.

On the other hand, companies need to give attention for other people around, because actually the profit is come from public which bought their products. So at least , companies need to shows empathy with societies. For example, they could make a charity program for people who need help. Also the firm could give donations to other societies or social organizations in their areas. Secondly, companies have to care about the environment in their areas, because some companies may give negative impact for environment. For instance, Sugar factory which offten cause pollutions in the areas. So the firm should give sollutions about their negative effect.

In conclusion, companies should think about other societies condition so both of the community will get same positive impact for what they do. Corporation also have to check it if their products harmful for environment or not.
