Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing，while others argue that it is not suitable. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.?

Young, fresh government

In some countries, the youth is becoming to occupy the key positions in the government. While there are some arguments that they are not suitable enough, I support that they should hold these positions is more beneficial.

On the one hand, some people think that it is not reasonable for the young to take the main posts. Firstly, many older people agree that they lack the necessary qualifications to have such important positions. In some Eastern countries, most of the older man, especially the middle-aged, run their systems of the government and solve their economy or foreign affairs of state. Secondly, the youth is also short of real experiences and this leads to their making mistakes that affect many people's lives. In some particular ways, their characters such as the hot- tempered could make them hard to success in their management.

On the other hand, I agree with those who argue that the youth plays a pivotal role in our government. One reason is that they have full of creative and look at problems with modern views. These result in the new trends of their control as well as policy ideas. In some developing countries, they have tendencies to substitute technology equipment for old time-consuming working. Furthermore, the younger has more time and chances to have a valuable contribution than the older does. For examples, with the same abilities or qualifications, a young candidate could be more likely to be elected than an older counterpart because of his longer time for devotion to the public service.

In conclusion, although there are some strong arguments for both views it seems to me that it is better for more young people to be selected for the important positions in our government.

It is true that the question of how important the famous people's support towards international aid organizations is. While there are some people think that celebrities would make problems less appreciable , I argue that they could attract more attentions.

On the on hand, there is a variety of reasons why many people underestimate the famous people's effects associated with global aid campaigns. Firstly, there are some singers or actresses take part in international programs for the aim of exploiting without enthusiasm. Instead of raising funds and supporting strongly, they use these world organizations to attain their goals which enhance their reputations. Secondly, when the celebrities participate in these organizations, people would tend to concentrate on them much more than the objection of plans. This makes the purpose of the support go to eclipse.

On the other hand, I do believe that the famous have a great influence on the aid organizations. One reason is that they would take advantage of the well-known to spread the campaigns thoroughly thanks to a huge number of fans. Moreover, celebrities could hold many live shows or advertisements to raise money for funds and inspire to followers. For instance, My Tam is famous for not only having a great career but also taking philanthropic actions or charitable donations in Vietnam. Famous people are able to make the international fund more confident and public, therefore, the aid aims would become successful easily.

In conclusion, although there are some throwbacks when celebrities participate in the global aid organizations to some extent, it seems to me that it is more advantageous for the community by the famous people's support as well as their voluntary activities.

Some people think that schools should reward students who show the best academic results, while others believe that it is more important to reward students who show improvements.

In the field of education, it is true that the question of whether to reward students with excellent academic results or those who showing great improvements remains a source of controversy. While some people believe that only students achieving high prizes should be awarded, I argue that these awards should be given for their efforts is much more reasonable.

On the one hand, there is a variety of reasons why many people encourage to reward students having good academic results. Firstly, awards could make a more competitive learning environment. The harder children try , the higher scores they would get at school. Secondly, by the way rewarding for excellent results, the best students would be identified for promotion. These students can be given more special observations to develop their abilities. For instances, many high schools in Viet Nam have scholarships or awards for the students having best results and train them for national competitions.

On the other hand, I believe that rewards should be given for those who make advance in their studies. One reason is that this could make an equal chance for all students. In some cases, some students feel disappointed since their classmates having the highest achievements are more appreciated. If we reward for those who make great efforts, they will have encouragements in learning. Moreover, by this way, children would be interested in studying and reduce exam pressures. There are many students gain high marks to be awarded without understanding and enjoyment. Rewarding is a useful key if it makes our students have the motivation to try harder in enhancing their knowledge and improving their levels of academic performances.

In conclusion, although rewarding the best students has some throwbacks to some extent, it seems to me that it is better to give rewarding to those who have improved their level in learning processes.
