The strategy for recycling

It is true that our waste from home we do not recycle enough in our society. Some agree the increasing legal policy would force us to change the situation of recycling. However, I do not agree with this point of views that the government should take the full responsibilities of recycling by the following reasons.

In my opinion, the legal law is only useful for the short term of changes to recycling properly for our communities. Although people would be afraid of punishment to change the way of fully recycling their daily wastes. Therefore, there are many hidden tricks behind the law. For instance, people would do a good job on recycling in the situation that government would notice, but completely change the way outside the requirement.

Another reason is that I believe the government should do more than just implement the law, and able to educate the idea of protecting our environment. In addition, human behavior can be changed when they agree with the ideas, especially while they received the benefits which would inspire them to change the behavior. For example, the government might run a rewarding campaign to encourage the resident to take the action of recycling. Or even plan ahead in recycling concept into the early education.

In conclusion, legal policy is not only the method to make our earth an environment-friendly place to live, but also there are a variety of strategies that would change our behavior of recycling. I totally agree with the ideas of education to drive the recycling concept from the bottom which would remind deeply for the long term.

Topic: Caring for children is probably the most important job in any society. Because of this, all mothers and fathers should be required to take a course that prepares them to be good parents. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this view?

Parenting - the most challenging job

There is no doubt that to be a parent is one of the challenging jobs in the world. In order to accomplish this role, some parents choose to enroll in a parenting class before baby born. Therefore, it is true that a training course prepares a solid foundation for couples to get ready for the next stage of life. There are two following reasons that outline my points.

One reason is that course allows you to make mistakes but the real world doesn't. For examples, Some parenting courses are conducted by professionals who can teach you a variety of parenting skills and how to deal with the challenges. As a student, you can learn by doing during the courses. Furthermore, you have opportunities to ask questions if you encounter any challenges. And it doesn't as easy as a learner if you officially become a parent.

Another reason is that the course gives you a transition before you become a parent. As an adult, we have many roles at one time such as husband, wife, employees, or family's member. It means that our time is limited. As the result, we won't have enough time to commit a course after we encounter the difficulties.

In conclusion, the parenting course has a variety of benefits that prepare you to become a good mom and dad. It does not only teach you caring skills but also prepare your mindset of the new role. It seems to me very essential to have this learning if I become other's parent in the future.

Topic: At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?

Population - younger or older

In the recent decades, the population of some countries which have a higher number of young adults has more advantages in comparison to some has more elderly people. I believe this situation has brought some drawbacks in some nations that have more elderly people.

It is true that large proportion of young adults have more strengths in driving the development for some industries. From some fields in high technology that require more innovative development, and the spirit of innovation sometimes coming from young generation. They bring the new ideas to the companies and help them embracing changes. It definitely helps in the new development of the city, even a nation.

From government's perspective, they also have benefit that the society with the small number of elderly people. It means that government has less financial responsibility on old population. The society with higher elderly population and its government need to focus more on the policy in health and retirement. With the same amount of budget, it certainly contains the burden if the government want to spend more money on other developments such as education.

In conclusion, the young adult plays an essential role in driving the innovative progress of a nation. Therefore, the nations with more older population have more drawbacks in many ways. I believe the nations with more young adult have more advantages than the countries with less one.

Rules at work - dress code

In the workplace, dress codes are less important than before and employers focus more on the performance of their work. While I agree that the way that people's outfit should not consider as measurement of result at workplace, I believe that dress codes still play an important role in some jobs.

Firstly, many employers have stopped claim their staffs to wear properly at work and I see this is a positive trend. Some of the most successful companies in the world such as Google and Facebook are famous for its relaxing work environments that respect every individuals' outfit and agree to wear casually at work. And even the people at a higher position in the company wear the casual T-shirt and jeans. However, this cultural broke the traditional and they are expected to perform at a high quality of work. It is obvious to see the strict code aren't necessary nowadays.

However, I also argue that the rules of dress code at work are still relevant in some industries. We expected certain professionals such as nurses, salesperson, and doctor to wear uniforms. These uniform have representative a image that creates a safe feeling for their clients. Furthermore, outfit is also presented as someone's authority or the class in the society such as lawyer, government principle, even CEO of the company may choose to wear formal clothing in order to show their authority at work. We all like to see these people wearing in a formal outfit even if we aren't in strict matters.

In conclusion, I support the point that employee have freedom to choose whatever they want at work, but I do not agree this idea apply to all sectors of the industries.
