Today, the health care systems world are threatens by nurse migration. This migration are caused by vary and complex problems. Higher salaries and better quality of life are some reasons why nurses moving from native country to wealthier countries. In some region especially developing nations such as South Asia and Latin America, the primarily reason for the shortage is nurse working abroad to meet demand needs in Europe and North America. The other case occurred in Philippines. They send thousands nurse working abroad and got income one billion dollar annually. The consequences of those policy is the Philippines feel the effects of the nursing shortage. Furthermore, the side effect of nurse migration is their leaving of health care up to assistant nurses, who have rudimentary training. Meanwhile, developed countries invest and focus on retaining and rewarding nurses, both financially and high-quality working conditions

Women with grass skirts, garlands of leaves with anklets are dancing in near beach, almost people evokes these are the characteristics of Hawaiian dancer. This is becoming general stereotype when the society mentions Hawaii islands. As we know, Hawaii islands are one of best destination places in the world. Not only about the beautiful panorama of the beaches, but also about the Hawaiian culture. Hawaiian people have local traditional dance. It is called Hula dance. The origins of Hula dance, some women dance performed in near altar in honor of God or Goddess. But in this era, the purpose of Hula dance is for entertainment tourist. In eighteenth century, the Hula dance was changing as a result of merge culture between Hawaiian culture with European culture. Recently year, Hula dance has become a form of entertainment for tourist and cultural heritage for native Hawaiians.

Since the first launching in the early twentieth century, cars not only has change old Roman roads with longer and wider highways, but also gas station and stop-and-go traffic are become common phenomenons in our society. Because prices of oil rises and exhaust fumes causes violent life, electrical cars are becoming one of the best alternatives. Although the electrical cars give more advantages, unfortunately the speed is slower than gas-powered vehicles.That is the reason why in North America, almost cars in there is gas powered vehicles. Different from North America, electric cars are developed by some major manufacturers in Europe and Asia. Futhermore, the government of China give some incentive not only for car manufacturers, but also for buyers electrical cars. On the other hand, American manufacturers makes the electrical cars looks like motorcycle with seats two and three -wheelers.

IELTS SUMMARY 2 :Plant Life in the Taklimakan Desert

Almost domination by sand dunes, free of vegetation and extreme conditions, makes the Taklimakan Desert become one of the most extreme desert on Earth. Only three plants can survive, there are Popullus euphratica , Tamarix ramosissima and Alhagi sparsifolia. Every resilient desert plants have strategies for survival. Populus euphratica can survive because not only control evaporation with opening and closing the stomata mechanism, but also endure high-salt concentrations with dilutes mechanism. Different from Populus euphratica, Tamarix ramosissima or commonly called tamarisk has root system can take up water in underground. Tamarisk also has unique mechanism. That is dropping salt to the soil which it produces from accumulation salt on the glands. The purpose is make the soil around of tamarisk more salty,so another plant can not live. Same as Tamarisk mechanism, Alhagi sparsifolia also has roots with developed strategies with hydraulic conductance mechanism.

The logging industry have an important role for supplies raw materials. But, for fulfill the requirements need to sacrifice the environment or in this case leads to deforestation. Habitat loss, pollution and erosion is the myriad effect of deforestation. This is not only can feel by humans, but also plants, animals and microorganisms lost their ecosystem. For example effect of deforestation to air pollution. The function of the trees is remove pollution in the air. Because of photosyntesis process, trees can produce oxygen from carbondioxide with chemical reaction. In the other word, cutting the trees automatically will effect pollutant airborne. The others effect are damaged aquatic habitats, drought and forest fires because the subsoil cant hold water and release it into the atmosphere. However, keeping the existence fundamental resource it must consider before deforestation for better future.
