Writing Feedback / IELTS essay: Do married women usually work? Why and why not? [3]

Personally, I believe that married women nowadays have right to take up jobs like men when employment discrimination based on gender have been erased significantly. Working outside home will bring a lot of benefits to both married woman and their household. I will mention some basic reasons as following.

Firstly, extra income that women earn will contribute to their family's expenses. By taking up a job, a wife can earn more money to support her family life. This is really necessary in cases of her husband's low salary and the difficulty of getting a good job at the present. So, it is a normal practice for women to be helpmates in earning money.

Secondly, working outside the house creates opportunities for married women to contact with the outer world, strengthen their character and show their capacity. These things in turn will make them more confident, independent. These women will set a good example for their children. Therefore, it is no doubt that they play roles as a mother and as a wife better.

Last but not least, nowadays, there are many supporting conditions that help women balance housework and work. Besides the gorvernment's policies on limited families and their husbands' sharing in the housework, many employers are willing to offer part-time jobs for women.

In conclusion, a well-organized home does not need the housewife's presence the whole day long and married women could go to work in order to enjoy the working life outside the home.

Writing Feedback / IELTS ESSAY WRITING - GOVERNMENT AND EDUCATION [2]

The government has to provide primary and secondary education, but for university education either students or their parents should pay. To what extent do you agree?

Primary and secondary education provide a basic knowledge and skills to the people in this world. I completely agree that government should provide those education to their people; however, for the more higher education like university, the students or their parents should pay for the fees.

Some parents might not have enough money to pay for their children university fees. In the other hand, I don't think it is also fair for the government as the government has been paying a lot of money for their students' primary and secondary education. It is better for them to use the money to pay for the other students' education so that all people in their country could receive the same education.

Moreover, students that already have a basic knowledge and education can get a part-time job and they can pay for their own studies when their parent could not afford to pay it.

Writing Feedback / Advantages and disadvantages of computer to run a small business! [7]

Computers are essential in the modern offices nowdays. Write about advantages and disadvantages of relying on computers to run a small business.

Invention of computer is a turnpoint of humandkind's history with which our life is much more easy. More and more people have applied advantages of computer to run their own business. However, computer-aided business also bring hidden drawbacks.

Firstly, computer is a great help to simplify a process of dealing with a huge data related to work. We can store, analyse and withdraw easily data by specific softwares which had to consume a large amount of time and effort before. However, depending completely on computer can put us at risk of losing important information if we don't take precautions to save them in another way. Many risks we can list firstly are attacks of virus, hackers, hardware damage or software errors.

Secondly, bisinessmen can use computer to spread their company's image throughout the world and contact immediately with their partners. For example, a businessman can introduce and advertise their products and services through a website, keep in touch with customers by email, and conduct online storefronts. On the other hand, doing business in a help of computer is not always reliable because a virtual company can take an unfair advantage of clients' belief to appropriate money.

To sum up, besides unexpected danger, smart computers are a vital part of modern offices tat help to lighten enormously a workload and assist a businessman with reaching the global market.

Writing Feedback / Clean energy / threat to life on Earth - Benefits and risks of Nuclear Technology [2]

Task: To what extent is nuclear technology a danger to life on Earth? What are benefits and risks associated with its use?

Achievemens in a nulear field have promised the humankind realizable solutions to solve problems associated with environment and energy. However, it also brings with itself grave risks. Obiectively, if we enhance our awareness of monitoring nuclear reactions, its benefits are abviously overweight than its threats.

From a positive aspect, utilising nuclear energy is clean without emission of harmful gases. Therefore, energy obtained from nuclear reactions is much more superior to fossil fuels that have been dominated in the world. Furthermore, another remarked advantage of nulcear energy is its capacity of creating a massive amount of energy from only a very little bit of chemical substances. This feature becomes valuable when natural resources is getting exhausted.

From a negative aspect, nuclear technology can become a terrible threat to life on Earth. The top-ranked threat is a contamination of the surroundings by radioactivity. Back to history, the humankind witnessed many leaks of nulear factories put residents at risk of getting dead diseases like cancer, mutation. More importantly, developed countries can take their advantages in nuclear aspects to put pressure on other countries. For this reason, a race for nuclear weapons that endangers an existance of the Earth cannot be stopped in the near future.

To sum up, if leader of nations no longer nourish their dream of conquering the word with a help of nuclear science, the human beings could enjoy the wonders of nuclear technology brought into life.

Writing Feedback / The overpopulation leads many serious problems [4]

Task: Decribe some problems of the overpopulation that causes and suggest at least one possible sollution

The overpopulation leads many serious problems, especially in the developing countries. In this short essay, we will verify problems relating to the health and the environment.

Firstly, the overpopulation may threaten people's health state. We can see easily that a nation with the crowded population is hard to maintain a health care system that can take care well all people. Furthermore, the low income of each large family isn't enough to affort a nutritious diet and treat diseasse when they are acquired. Also, the environmental pollution makes people vulnerable to get illness, the most popular diseases are cancer and infective diseases.

Another remarkable problem is negative impacts on the environment. A heavy burden of the overpopulation forces countries to speed up the expoitation of natural resources that causes the exhaustion and the unbalance of the nature. Many terrible disasters that we have been suffered from are results of the humandkind's activities.

I think a possible sollution to solve these problems is using rational policies in order to limit the birth rate. For example, the policy assigns the limited number of children a family is allowed to have. This policy has been applied in Vietnam and has gained the promising results.

Writing Feedback / Higher education should open free to all students or only excellent students? [4]

Please have a look at my essay and feel free to comment.

Topic: Some people believe that higher education should be served only for excellent students. Some other people believe that higher education should be served for all students. Which opinion do you agree with?

Nowadays, education is one of easy and firm paths to success, people tend to pursue higher education much more than before. However, I believe that graduate studies should be reserved only for excellent students. I can prove it easily by the following reasons.

First of all, each student has their own strengths and only the top of the graduate can satisfy the high academic demands. Typically, students with the high results have enough capacity of absorbing complex and abstract knowledge and familiarize the advanced technology. Almost of them can finish successfully this level and becomes efficient staff for universities, national institutions, and high-tech companies.

Secondly, socializing higher education is a huge waste of money. The government budget is limited and cannot afford a great investment in infrastructure and human resources serving all students, especially in developing countries like Viet Nam, although students can lighten the financial issue by paying partly for tuition fees. Obviously, if all students are allowed to access to advanced education level, a low graduate rate is a possibility to happen.

Finally, selective investment in education will make enormous benefits. With the right measure of developing in grey resource, poor nations can boost their science growth and catch up with other ones worldwide. Also, it encourages all students to expose their own ability to take this advantage. This promotion will create a healthy competition in education.

To sum up, some people think that a door into higher education open limitedly for students seems not to be fair. Indeed, I believe strongly that equality doesn't mean all students get the same choices, but they have a fair chance to strive for mastery depending on their own capacity.

It is a Ielts writing model. It gives me a chart and a writing task:
You should spend about 20 minutes on the task.
"The graph below shows the numbers of visitors to The Theme Park each month last year.
Summerize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where revelant.
You should write at least 150 words."
I think I don't be allowed to make any implication, but reflect facts and figures.
I try to re-write the above essay and post later.

Faq, Help / How to post my essay with a graph? [15]

The number of visitors to The Theme Park last year.

According to the graph, the number of visitors to The Theme Park witnessed many changes. Speaking generally, attendances at the park can be divided into 3 distinct periods: a slow rise from January to May, a wavy fluctuation from May to September, and a gradual drop from September to December.

In the first two month, visitor numbers increased steadily by 25,000 people month. From March through to May, the increasing rate of the following month was double one of the previous month and reached the peak of 70,000.

May witnessed the sharpest fall from 70,000 to the slowest point of 20,000 visitors, followed by the most dramatic growth to the second peak of 120,000.
In the two following month, the rise in July was recovered by a stronger increase in August, so attendances reached the highest peak with nearly 140,000 people in August.

In the last quarter of the year, there was a steady drop by 20,000 per month, from 140,00 in September to 80,000 visitors in December.

Writing Feedback / Changes in the world in the coming century? [4]

With the rapid growth in science and technology, human beings will witness dramatic changes in life in the coming century, achievements as well as harderships.

First of all, the development of technology will bring many benefits to human kinds. For example, the automatic machine systems and advanced technologies will boost all fields, especially manufacturing industries and agriculture. So, the high yield can solve the crisis of food and products.

Secondly, people will face moral problems like terrorism, hooliganism,an epidemic of bribery, a crisis of confidence. However, developed forces will fight strongly and constantly against with them for the better world. I believe that all people realize the massive loss from violence, war, dishonesty and will be enlightened. It is sure that with only humanity, people can live together in harmony.

Finally, the international cooperation is required to resolve worldwide problems like health, war, pollution, global warming and so on. This is an indispensable trend. For the recent years, many countries have been suffered from natural disasters and outbreak of disease. People are getting more awareness of their actions and responsibilities and are willing to sit down and negotiate. Therefore, the high leader meetings will be held more regularly.

To sum up, in the 21th century, people will gain many wonders of science as well as face many serious problems related to nature and moral. I believe all people will find a good way to apply scientific achievements to improve the life.

Writing Feedback / How to give a presentation with ease and confidence? [3]

I post bellow my essay with my best try. I hope that many people will be interested and give any suggestion for me to perfect it. Wish all of you Enjoyment in English every day!

Many people are often afraid of giving a presentation in front of a crowded audience. This weakness will prevent us from exposing our real ability and passing our knowledge down to other people. Personally, we can do a lot of things to make us feel less nervous and more confident. A good preparation of content, a hard practice and some strategies are the keys for our successful presentation.

First of all, we only can talk confidently about a subject matter if we understand thoroughly about it. We can collect all information on it from books, magazines, the internet, experts and so on. We also need to predict possible questions from the audience to prepare how to answer in advance. Furthermore, if we present by a slide show, the content of the slide show must be concise and interesting. For example, we should show data, if possible, in a form of diagrams, tables, or pictures.

Secondly, we should rehearse to practice many times as possible. The more you practice, the more confident you will be. We can ask our friends or family members to pretend the audience and give us advices about our performance. You try to speak clearly, influent, and attractive by knowing when you should raise, lengthen or strengthen your voice to impress important points.

Last but not least, some strategies you must remember is that you should go to bed early the night right before the presentation day. Try at this time maybe spoil all your effort by an unclear mind. It is advisable to wear a polite and formal clothes but not a fashionable one. More importantly, you have to go to the presentation hall early about 30 minute to assure all stuff ready such as light, a sound system, electricity, etc.

To sum up, if you prepare for all thing set up, the content as well as skills in addition to your belief, I guarantee you will have a successful presentation.

Writing Feedback / Introsuce about college and faculty of pharmacy [3]

I/ Fist of all, I want to introduce about Hue College of Medicine and Pharmacy.
+ About the history of the college and faculty:
- The college was founded in 1959 with the original name- Hue College of Medicine, just educating medicinal fields.
- From 2004, Hue college cooperating with Ha Noi College of Pharmacy opened Faculty of Pharmacy as an urgent requirement for pharmacists in central Vietnam. From then on, the Hue college has been one of the three most qualified centers of training pharmacists across the country.

- 3 years later, in 2007 its name was officially changed into Hue college of Medicine and Pharmacy
- As a result of it, The College consists of 5 existing faculties including Basic faculty, Medicine faculty, Nursing faculty, faculty of Public health Medicine , Ear- Nose- Throat faculty and a new faculty- faculty of pharmacy.

- With its short history of establishment and development, 10 years, faculty of Pharmacy is still young.
+ About human resources: the staff consists of only 12 lecturers and 11 assistants with 3 Doctors and 10 Masters. Most of them are young people who are very dynamic, enthusiastic but lack experiences in training and management.

Some lecturers from other faculties of the college also assist in teaching and training in faculty of pharmacy.
+ About the management structure of Pharmacy faculty:
The faculty comprises the following sections:
Dean office: Doctor Kinh
Administration affairs: Master Nguyet
Scientific affairs: Doctor Hoai
Postgraduate studies: Doctor Duc
Accounts: Ms Dao
+ About professional structure:
Pharmacy faculty contains 3 major divisions:
The first division concluding: Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Industry, Pharmaceutical Economy- Pharmaceutical Legislation.
The second division concluding: Medicinal Plants- Pharmacognosy- Traditional Medicine- Clinical pharmacy
The third division: including Pharmaceutical Chemistry- Chemico-physics in Pharmacy- Toxicology-Drug Quality Control

+ About facilities:
At present, the faculty has occupied the fifth floor of the building of the college with only 20 rooms:
5 Labs, 2 rooms for storing chemicals and equipments, a lecture room, 5 rooms of staff and administration. Therefore, Spaces for studying and researching are narrow and cramped.

In the near future, the faculty is going to move to the new, large building separating from the college.
+ Advantages:
With the small number of students, staff almost know quite well each students, manage closely students' education, students can contact easily with the lecturers, so it can say that the entire faculty- staff, students- seems to be a family.

II/ Management of students, QA in teaching at 6 universities in Vietnam
- We trained 3 generations of graduates with the average number of 30.
- The total current number of pharmacy students is about 400, including 5 classes from 60 to 100 students each class.
a/ About the academic program:
- The academic program lasts 5 years with 10 semesters, concluding 261 theoretical units, and 67 practical units- A unit is equivalent to 11, 25 hours.
- During the 2 first semesters, students study mainly basic subjects such as maths, inorganic chemicals, organic chemicals, medicinal plans, statistics, english, Biology, Informatics and so on.

- Students continue to study specific subjects such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, Clinical Pharmacy and so on in the 6 following semesters.
- In the 2 final semesters, studenst participate in 2 clerkships with the total length of 8 weeks at local pharmaceutical centers in Hue: comprising
The pharmaceutical manufacture company
Centers of distribution and sale drugs
Hospital
Drug quality control center
Local center of medicine management ( So y te- em ko biet dich the nay co dung ko).
This clerkship is very benefit for students to accumulate experiences, and help students obtain the overview of a broad field, Enhance students' awareness of many aspects of the

Professions. After finishing this internship, students can understand of the structure of pharmacy system, the role and responsibilities of the community, hospital and industrial pharmacists., the application of Laws and regulations that govern the practice of pharmacy and so on.

B/ About the way of teaching and training:
- The theoretical subjects are performed at lecture theaters with major teaching methods- lecture, sometimes by case studies, discussion, seminar, but rarely.
- In a typical class lesson, a lecturer make a long speech, supported by slide show or writing, sometimes students can put questions to get further information.

- Sometimes, lecture divided class into many small groups to discuss and combat with each other. However, method of discussion was restricted because of the overcrowding in classes.

- Scattering during 5 years of studying, students have a chance to teach about 10 thematic subjects that cover useful and up-to-date knowledge.
C/ About the way of evaluation:
- Students are evaluated by 5-10 minute tests after every unit, the lecturers will base on the studying attitude and these mark to produce the processing mark, counting for 30 per cent of the total mark.

- The 70 per cent of the total mark depends on the mark of the final test on the subject.
- The tests are mainly the multi-choice questions..., doing
Through sef-study,
- For practical subjects, the evaluation is based on the way of conducting / carrying out the scientific experiments, the ability of explanation and applying theoretical knowledge into practice, the way of reporting by writing and oral presentation.

- At the end of course, some selective students with GPA above 8.0 will have an advantage to conduct the scientific projects under the guidance of a professor. The rest of students have to take the final exam testing on 5 basic subjects and 10 specific subjects. III/ Plans for management course in VN. Intercollegial assessments

A/ Some backdraws in the academic program:
- The inappropriate rate between theoretical and practical workload in the curriculum is the major backdraw in training program. This leading students to inactive and lack confident when facing the professional problems in real.

- The content of subjects still separate from each other. Parts of the subjects are actually more descriptive than analytical, merely give massive information. So, students are still troubled in synthesizing and applying knowledge into practice.

- Especially, students are inactive in searching for information to support the studying.
- Lack of skills of design scientific project, independent thinking, and team working.
- The fixed program hasn't met the individual's interests.
B/ Main tasks and solutions for the incoming academic year 2009-2010:
- Promote the active role of students in class by some solutions like that: give students a topic in advance, encourage students to find information and present and discuss with the whole class, the lecturers only give guide the class following the chosen topics. This method requires students practicing skill of searching information, english proficiency.

- Provide a wide range of options on subjects for students to choose, build the credit-based program. Hence, students are oriented towards specific careers: hospital pharmacists or community ones or industrial ones.

- Increase in the lab time. The lad time consists of activities designed to enhance the knowledge presented in the lecturers. Tighten the relationship between theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

- Organize more internship at local centers in order to improve students in working independently and working groups.
- Diversify in training methods, Innovate the way of evaluation: combination of writing and oral presentation, testing the knowledge as well as clinical skills, capacity of understanding, remembering, applying and creative thinking.

- Strengthen the cooperation with other colleges and overseas organizations of pharmacy to share experiences, and upgrade the curriculum. The knowledge and skills learned from this will be utilized heavily in real.

- Reform the way of teaching: promote the active role of students in class, seft- taught capacity, seft- research capacity, problem-solving skills by case studies
- Promote the practice in community and institutional pharmacy to
- The effective communication between pharmacists, patients, and other healthcare providers.
- Build/design the perfect curricula providing the basic and in-depth knowledge.
- Design many assignments for students to search for information, data analysis, and use biostatistics and evidence-base medicine to make clinical dicisions.
- Increase in the time of practice in the community and institutional pharmacy Realizing international cooperation projects .

Writing Feedback / 'priceless gift of oneself' - People do different things to stay health; IELTS [4]

Topic: People do different things to stay healthy. What do you do to stay healthy? Use your reasons and examples to support your idea.

People do different things to stay healthy. Personally, I think that three ways to be healthy are to do exercise regularly, eat moderately and relax correctly.

To begin with, doing exercise regularly is very important so as to maintain a healthy condition. If you activate your body regularly, such as doing exercise every early morning or play sport at weekend, you will become both well-built and healthier. All poisonous substances are given out. that will clear your body, strengthen your bone, tone up your muscle and so forth.

Next, a balanced diet is also crucial. in modern life, people have to do lots of things, so they usually run out of energy and work up an appetite at the end of day. Therefore, they need to be supplied the foods that must be both mutritious and balanced to recover and refill energy for a new day. A diet should include high fiber, high protein, lots of vegetable, cut down on fat and keep off smoking and drinking too much.

Finally, you have a correct relax method. Especially, you must sleep at least 8 hours per day and shouldn't stay up late. You should read, sometimes, joke stories; watch comedies or tell jokes with your friends and family because smiling is a dramatic method that help healthier.

To sum up , health is a priceless gift of oneself. As long as you have your health, nothing else matters. For wise people, they always know how to do stay healthy. For me, three indispensale things are to activate the body, eat scientifically and refresh wisely.

I try to write a longer essay as your suggestion. Please correct it for me. Thanks!

Please check it for me. thanks you so much!
I prefer to have a large family because i love babies very much. I like taking care of children and grow them up. In addition, children are essential to maintain the family happiness. Whenever parents get into trouble, quarrel with each other, children would be a rope that ties the family together. I believe that a family won't be happy without a child, without a sound of cries and smiles of children. Furthernore, when you have many children, they will look after you when you get older.
