Writing Feedback / TASK 2: Nowadays, the children depend on the computers. Is it good? [NEW]

School children are becoming far too dependent on computers. This is having an alarming effect on reading and writing skills. Teachers need to avoid using computers in the classroom at all costs and go back to teaching basic study skills.

Do you agree or disagree?

These days, the existence of advanced technology has totally changed our approach to study in order that it deteriorate pupil' skill to read and write. Although this extent is true in some cases, I would utterly disagree in case the way of study back to bygone manner which use basic study skills.

There is disadvantage when students have computers to study. Using computers jeopardize learner' writing skills since it can automatically check spelling word. For instance, in recent years young people manage to finish their homework with using computers instead of in their own write. The youngest depend on it to finish their assignment and the writing skill become worse. As seen, the modern technologies make student's school more convenient to use, in any case they may decrease their passion to write and read.

By contrast, like a double-edged sword, there are merit effects on the utilization of computers. They can broaden their horizon with computers connecting the internet. The students get not only knowledge from inside but also outside school. What is more, books are now published online as well as in print. So, if they have not enough money to buy book, schoolchild can use computer to read e-book freely. Moreover writing with using computers is not totally wrong, using it can improve their writing becoming advanced. They can upload their blog and all of people can read it and give whatever comment they want.

The aforementioned evidence reveals that student may have opportunity to use computers to help them obtain knowledge. It is imperative that teacher have several ways for helping student understand with the subject. Where possibly, they can use modern way without abandoning traditional way.

Writing Feedback / [IELTS Task 2] Working Parents: Discussing Effects on Additional Income and Parents' Absence [2]

Hi Kandrika,
I will give few suggestions about your essay.
In my opinion, it is a good essay. you can explain this topic clearly. But, i find word "may" i think its better if you avoid to use it because it means that you are not sure about it.

and i find a lot of linking words in this essay, it is better if you reduce it.

Some people may think that children will enjoy the additional income from their parents. Then , children will have better facilities, such as gadgets, books, accommodations, and etc. So that children will feel more comfortable and easy to live. However, money does not guarantee children's happiness as children need attentions from adult. In addition , children may feel so lonely with all that facilities and try to find attentions from others in both positive or negative ways.

you use 4 linking words for one paragraph, i think it is overuse.

Nowadays, lifestyle can be so consuming. Some families in the middle class society try to catch up that kind of lifestyle. As consequence, the parents of that families decide to work, both of them. Regarding to this, some say that the children will enjoy the additional income while others saybelieve that they will lack of the absence of their parents. This essay will discuss on both views and try to give opinion about that.

Children of working parents will benefit benefits better facilities but that facilities does not always define the happiness of children.

Therefore, by looking of parents' control, children will be more independent but parents may find it difficult to advise and to control their children.

let me to rewrite your sentence.
Therefore, by looking of the parents' control, children will be more independent but the parents is unable to advice and to control their children
