Recently announced that a new restaurant is going to be built in your neighborhood do you support or oppose this plan?

A new restaurant bring a lot of benefit to the neighborhood and a few disadvantageous. Despite disadvantageous that building a new restaurant in my neighborhood will bring I support this plan because of my personal reasons.

First of all, as I'm student and I have part time job, I'm busy as a bee all the time. Lack of free time force me to buy food from restaurant and fast foods. I simply drive my car to the restaurant of my choice and eat anything I want there. The thing is that there is only once restaurant in my neighborhood and they don't offer quality foods. Beside I hate their food since they are insipid and I got food poisoning a few times I went there to satiate my hunger. Building new restaurant in my neighborhood take these problems off my plate. Admittedly new restaurant make neighborhood dirty because of restaurant rubbish and cats that gather around cans, my neighborhood would be more crowded than before since a lot of customer form other neighborhoods will come to ours and finding parking space would be more difficult. But despite all of these minor problems, I think advantages of the plan outweigh its disadvantages.

Second of all, I have a 16 years old son that needs money. As father I always lessen his worries by telling him that every time he needed money he can turn to me. But despite my offers he thinks that he should be more independent and gain money himself. That's why he is waiter at a restaurant near city center, but he always complain about distance that he should travel every day to get to his job and the fact that he need time to study and do his homework. Building a new restaurant near our house would be a golden opportunity for my son and owner of the new restaurant will also receive benefit from the situation since his employee always get to work on time.

last but not least, building a new restaurant will encourage other investors to build new recreational places such as cinema, fast food restaurant, swimming pool and shopping centers. Since new restaurant will attract a lot of customers from other part of the city, after or before eating people can go shopping or see a movie. For the same reasons, city centers and places that are crowded are always surrounded by shopping centers and recreational place. In this way we can also benefit from using these places.

In summary, I support this new plan because of my personal reasons and because building a new restaurant can leads to construction of other useful places.

What are characteristics of a good leader?

A good leader should possess many characteristics but in my opinion some of them are more important than the others. For example a good leader is good at logical reasoning, a quick decision maker, and patient. Although there are other characteristic such as having good manners, good public communication skill but these features aren't as necessary and important as three characteristics I mentioned.

First of all, good leader should think logically. In soccer captains lead other players on the pitch. A good captain in order to see the rest of the pitch and have everything under control choose a good spot. Besides he distribute ball to other player and organize defenders and strikers. All these roles require good logical reasoning. For example John terry is captain of England and Chelsea team. As I am fan of this soccer player I always watch his play carefully. I see how he organizes defenders and leads the rest of the team in my opinion he is a born leader.

Second of all, a good leader is a quick decision maker. A quick decision has many positive consequences such as saving money, time energy which are important to big companies. Head of the companies are good examples as most of them seem bold and risk taker. In today competitive world there are many companies who are competing with another and for them timing is a crucial parameter. A company in order to outrun other companies should take risk and invest money on a new project. At this time a good leader take responsibilities and make a quick good decision.

Finally a good leader is patient. Sometimes companies face many problems such as financial problems. At this time head of the company like caption of a ship navigate the ship through storm. Financial problems, workers strike and fire in the factory, are like storms that a good leader wouldn't panic and would find solution for it patiently and save the company from bankruptcy.

In summary being good at logical reasons helps a leader to lead others, making quick decision are sometimes important and decisive feature for a leader, and being patient help leader to solve problems.

Would you prefer to go out to dinner or stay home and cook a meal?

I think both options have their own advantages and disadvantageous. The first options takes less time but the second option is more economical. After consideration of both options advantages and disadvantages I can come to the conclusion that second options is a better option for me.

First of all, I've recently graduated from university and I am looking for a job right now. Since I have a lot of free time, i can drive my car to shopping markets and buy necessary ingredients and prepare food at home. Also I think of cooking as a fun activity. For example I enjoy chopping tomatoes and potatoes and baking cake for myself and I think this attitude to cooking is the primary reason that I'm still interested in cooking and willing to spend my free time on cooking. Also some time I invite my friend to my house for dinner or lunch. Seeing that they are enjoying their food gives me more courage to go on.

Second of all, my parents are hardworking persons. They both work at a big company in our hometown and they are working at their offices most of the time. I am an only child and I am spending most of the time at home by myself. Since my parents weren't at home I had to prepare food myself. Since it is long time that I am cooking for myself and i have practiced cooking a lot I have become good cook. I have read a lot of recipes so far and I know what I should add to for example hamburger to make it more delicious. Considering that I am good at cooking and food that usually served at restaurants and fast foods are rather insipid makes more willing to prepare food at home.

In summary, as I have a lot of free time and I am good chef , i'm willing to take time and prepare food at home.

i hope some one take time and improve my article
becoming actor or pilot one day is popular dream among children and when i was child i had the same dreams. I always pictured my self flying F18 and dropping bombs and firing missiles. but now that i'm 23 years old i'm still have those dreams but it is too late. Now that i'm remorseful, i don't know to place blame on who and what. When i am thinking deeply i usually came to this conclusion that i should place part of the blame on fate that i was born in a country that it wasn't easy for me to become a pilot or actor and i place reminder of the blame on myself that i wasn't diligent and committed enough to make my dreams come true. But i think i still have time to become actor and because the passion i have for it i think i would become successful if i stay focused on my goals.

Many of us who have good appearance or talent can pursue careers like acting. Many people like leonardo dicaprio didn't follow in other people footstep and they didn't even attend university and now where they are, at least when they look at their life they will say to themselves that i have at least made one of my dreams come true.

I am not unhappy with the job i have and accomplishments that i have made but i came to the conclusion that life is short and we should not let life slit by.

Another man that should be an example to all of us is steve job, owner of apple company. I'm not sure what i am going to say is right or wrong about his personal life. His mother gave his custody to another family and they treat him like their own son. His new family was caring and kindhearted and saved enough money to help him enter stanford university and study biology. But after the first year he realized that he doesn't want to become biologist one day. So he quit university and began doing what he loved and because of being enthusiastic and committed he became successful.

in conclusion everyone of us believe deep down that we should pursue our dreams but because we are not brave enough to take risk we prefer to parrot other people.

many people believe watching TV negatively affect teenagers and children but i am totally against this idea. here are my reason there are thousand channel and programs on TV that in addition that they don't affect children negatively they even have positive effects on children, also some believe that watching fill most of the children leisure times but in my opinion there are solution for it.

in today world, due to technology advancement many new devices appeared in human life such as cellphone, TV, internet and so on. some people are worried about these new technologies and their affect on their lifestyle and their family while others are using them everyday happily.

first of all many people look at TV as a whole and its program with negativity. i agree there are channel and programs that are either useless or they teach children inappropriate things such as abusive words, how to steal, how to cheat on the exams and so on, but in my opinion there are tons of channel and programs which teach useful lesson to children. For example i have seen a program on TV that was about children bad and annoying habits. in this program there was woman named Jane. her job was visiting families who have problems with their kid and their annoying habit and suggesting a solution for those problems. for example in one of those programs there was boy who like to eat only butter and bread every meal and he doesn't like to eat vegetables and meat, fish or milk which were necessary for his body, Jane came up with a solution and both the boy and his family were happy at the end. from this programs children can see for themselves what kind of habits and behaviors are considered bad and inappropriate and also adults who have kids can find out what to do in case they had the same kind of problems with their children. in case of programs that affect children negatively families can prevent their children to see those channel and programs.

second of all some people argue that their children dedicate a lot of their free time to watch TV. firstly i want to mention that are other devices that children are also addicted to them. for example playing computer games and chatting using computer or cellphone are very common in these days. should we also look at these devices with negativity? or we should use them properly?.

in all of the cases families should prevent their children from playing computer games or watching TV for long period of time.

in conclusion there are many devices around us that improper use of them bring negative consequences to our life and our society and computer and TV are not an exception.

People may come up with different opinion about this subject but I think my opinions about this subject is unique. In below I want to make a list of advantages of reading according to my opinion and experiences.

Reading book:
Shape your personality and attitude toward life
Depending on what you are reading directly and indirectly helps you develop socially
Is mentally and physically invigorating

First of all, some time reading shape your personality and change your attitude toward life and universe. For example last year I borrowed a book from university library that was about Albert Einstein life. It was biographical book based on Albert Einstein life. In this book I found two important keys that are basic elements of success. Albert was an honorable, hardworking man and had passion for physic. The first key is being hardworking and the second is having passion for what we are doing. Hardworking helps us to take necessary steps to success and the second one keep us interested. By making use of logical reasoning we will find out that for reaching to our goals These two keys should be used simultaneously.

Second of all, depending on what you are reading, it can directly and indirectly helps you develop socially. For example three years ago I was reading contents of a website about Stephanie rice personal life. Reading this content stimulated me and made me more interested in swimming. So in this case reading directly affected me, in addition that it lifted my spirit up, made me motivated too. And in case of its indirect effects, I should say that Since when I first visited this website I've started swimming and as result I am having a muscular body right now which attracts people to me.

Third of all reading a books is mentally and physically invigorating. As I said before it can lift our spirit up. Its positive consequences become more apparent when we are reading a medical book. Many people avoid depression and also other diseases by reading books on depression and other medical related issues.

In conclusion advantages of reading is beyond our imagination which obtaining these advantages can tempt anyone who is aware of its advantages to make reading on a regular basis a habit.

i wanna know what are my errors and how i can improve my statements

When I was a child I used to read novels from time to time. Whenever I got back home from school I had a novel book In my hand which I had borrowed it from high school library, I used to read them with enthusiasm, at that time this was my favorite and only hobby. When I got a little older specially when I was in high school I liked playing computer games a lot. I remember once I played them for 24 straight hours. When I got older specially after I came to Rome I didn't like playing computer games anymore, I wanted to have girlfriend but this time situation was a bit different it was hard thing to do and simply I didn't find courage within myself to ask a girl out. now my hobbies are completely different, thanks god that I realized the importance of time, after thinking a lot about past I recognized that a hobby shouldn't only fill your leisure time, it shouldn't give you only pleasure it should gain you something valuable such as new information or knowledge or money. Here are my new hobbies: Swimming in the pool, when I was a child I craved swimming a lot but my hometown hadn't had any pool so I couldn't swim, now my dream has come true, in Rome there are a lot of good swimming pools with appropriate level of hygiene, second hobby is watching English movies, I do this because while I am having fun I learn a lot of things too such as getting familiar with new English statements that I haven't heard before. I simply note new word and statement and surprisingly I use them right now while I am writing this article.
