My reasons regarding my opinion are elucidated below.

Firstly, every facilities and luxury can be brought by spending money and that money has to be earned through our business or job. In contemporary world, broad range of options are available for everything - food to tour. To providing better life to the family and themselves workers has to seek financial perk. It also motivates employee to contribute their best for themselves and companies prosperity. For an instance - In United State of America - many company offer salary plus bonus, which is a bilateral benefit. It allow company to hire competitive and skilled candidate in their budget as well as fulfill the need of candidate who is seeking high salary job. Adding to that, bonus is granted to employees at the end of the financial year as per the company's annual profit due to which it does not disturb or effect company's financial soundness. On the other hand, employee can save or make appropriate use of bonus amount. Monetary gains are necessary for advancement.

Secondly, employees do not mind taking the same designation while changing the job, if they are getting better package. For an instance - one of my friends who was working as a Test Engineer has recently accepted a job offer at Infosys Private limited as a Test Engineer because they offered her attractive package plus company's share benefits. Adding to it, today people are more bothered and keen on making more money than having better work environment, skilled - team members or promotions. Moreover, it is quite rational to do so, as currently every company is appointing candidate who can be co -operate with the team, possess good communication and profile relevant skills. Therefore, it is not challenging task to adopt in new working culture and adapt in any environment.

Distinct seasons bring myriad changes in the environment due to which places that undergo seasonal changes evolves beautifully. But weather remains same in some area of the earth. Nevertheless, I adore staying near nature and place where season change because that would give me an opportunity to feel nature closely. For two reasons I would prefer to stay in such place to enjoy new climate in every season and vegetation would be better in that place almost entire year.

I am residing in Seattle state of United State of America and I love this place due to its fluctuating weather. Summers are beautiful and scenic here, during summer flora and fauna of this city is spectacular. People from west course of America prefer to come for site seeing and summer vocations in this city. On the other hand, winters are not dry or barrel, greenery of this place remains stable in winters. Adding to it, snow, rain and mist make the dense green mountains even more captivating then summer views. However, monsoons are little wet here but it allows me to smell the fragrance of soil. I eagerly wait for this seasons merely for enjoying the aroma of unique smell of soil. Places where weather changes are more colorful.

Major reason of my preference of such category places is high vegetable availability and chance of exploring lot of different activities. In every season, you would have special fruit or vegetable to taste. Also many farmers keep fruit picking festivals for seasonal fruit in its particular season.. Healthy environment is necessary for inhabitant, considering the fact that currently our planet has been contaminated due to distinct pollution, natural disasters, and other ecosystem damages. It is essential for government to provide adequate living condition to people rather than spending money on arts.

Pollution is major cause of today's damaged environment due to carbon emission from chemical factories and vehicles has polluted the air. Similarly, water which is a basic need for survival is contaminated due to human activities such as - dumping trash in water bodies. Forests has been eliminated for industrial and personal purposes which has made our environment even more vulnerable. Natural disasters are another point of concern due to which many lives and environment damages occur; for an instance - recently due to government laxness an entire apartment community was destroyed in Seattle state due to landslide, resulting into human and animal deaths and devastating destruction of properties. Despite localities pleading state government of Seattle has not worked on the down slopping landslide happened few years back due to heavy rain in the area near which this apartments were located. Government's ignorance could cost heavy damage to innocent lives.

In many developing countries 50% population are not living in appropriate living area such as Bangladesh, Malaysia, and India. Gutters are kept uncovered due to which many diseases develop then they spread all over. People in this area have to consume water from dirty ponds or streams, where they wash their clothes as well. For an instance - in India people living under poverty line are living in slums that are full of insects and diseases. Government must build economic houses with basic facilities for people who cannot afford better living condition due to lack of finances to avoid epidemics and further damages to environment.

Art is useless if it is present or displayed in unhygienic environment. However investment in art might benefit few people but investment in maintaining our delicate environment will help infinite number of lives. The discrimination of worshiping god has lead mortal to fight, curse or slit each other. No religion of the world permit or advice to harm any life in order to proclaim their belief about god superior then others. This attitude of various religion promoters has given birth to religion war among humans. Unfortunately, they all have time to pronounce their god/religion better than other but do not have time and sanity to believe in god's message of "LOVE"

Secondly, all religion has same motive, care, lessons, and emphasize on mercy, humanity and love. However, human who has been most rational creature of god is behaving alike most cruel animal. Rather than fallowing the god's instructions of "valuing all life", they do every nasty action in the name of their religion - For instance, in primitive day in some religions, widow women were advice to burn themselves alive with their dead husband to dedicate her life for her husband because after marriage husband is her god and she must not live life without him.
