There are some customs which actually in this era is really to be avoided by people because of agains rules or even law. Not be able to be evaded that a lot of changing in the world have established new culture and customs in every nation. This is happened to Deutch.

In the long years ago, Dutch lived by a lot of customs which had to be accepted by all people. One of these customs was following grandmother in every family as an older girl person in home. Every wife who just married had to live in the husband home and obey by all rules which exist in that home. Beside of that, there was a unnormal tradition to mother a baby who just born. Because a baby would be hoped born in a man gender. The grandmother would be angry if she wanted a man baby , but her son-in-law gave birth a woman gender. Because of some people hopping for a man sex, many girl babies were abandoned without cared.

One day there were a moment when the a cat protected a girl baby who did not be hopped by a grandmother in a family, but the cat successed to make her father keeping her in a secret place. Therefore the baby girl growthed up and became kind young girl. Although her family did not want to receive this girl. The girl and cat became bestfriend and died in the same time. Because of the kind hearth of girl, many people in this present time always recall their memory about this story.

This tragedy was two years ago in Nigeria. There was a terorism action and a part of series terorism actions which involved a group of islamist militants. At that time, The insident occured on a nigerian School. It was burned by the militants. Even, the militants killed a lot of students. Many people testified that the attackers brought every student into the burning bulding school or killled students directly by sharp weapons.

Known that this group was Boko Haram which had become a target of Nigerian millitar mission to be destroyed. The government had planned long day ago before this attacted happened. Boko Haram was actually targeted by Nigerian millitary. After long time past becoming target and even protected by government to keep public order, Boko Haram really became enemy together into Society too.

Due to this insident,The Goverment declared that Boko Hama would be responsible, and Goverment together with militar would effort hardly to arrest this group immediately.

This incident occured about two years ago when two activists on anti-corruption from China demanded transparancy every government official in respect of their private wealth in front of public. The Activists were judged disturbing public order due to these actions. Therefore, They were convicted to five years in jail. Beside of that, before the activists convicted, there was one of politician from the communist party who convicted also.

A huge number of people argued that the activists had been treated unfairly, because people felt no disturbed by the action of activists and their followers. Otherwise, Society felt their demands to government representated by the activiests. People certainly wanted new era on their nation's life. At that time, The government was persepted nothing to do their primary duties for service society. The corruption problems were being become extra ordinary crime which had to be erased from their country.

This story is about two animals which have different characteristic. They are Dolphin and shark. As we know, these two animals have different image in fron of human. The dolphin has kind character while the shark has ferocious character. Actually, the image has a background story, so that they are becoming two character aniamals which is different each other. This began since a long time ago.

One day, as usual Dolphin and Shark went for eat together. yet this day was different with yesterday. "Where we would go shark ?" Dolphin asked Shark while they hanged around."I did not know exactly Dolp, I did not have idea for today. How about you ? Did you have idea for a place ?." Shark asked back to Dolphin. " I knew a place which had many small fish, but the place was so long term from here. Would you like to go there ?." answered and asked Dolphin. "really? Did it true that your recomendation place was many fish? I would like to go with you there if it was true." Answered and asked shark. "yes, it did. Oke If you wanted to go there, I would guide you to there."

On the way, the shark looked happy and spirited because Dolphin said that many fish there. Unfortunatelly, in the middle of way, they met with many anchors fish' fisherman. At that time, the shark could pass all of the anchor fish, but Dolphin could not do it. Dolphin was caught by fisherman. The shark could not do anything to help dolphin.

When the shark walked alone and was still angry by the accident, they met the dolpin which is seen so happy. Dolpin shouted from long distance, "hello shark, i was so happy, i was fre. I was not killed by the fisherman. They were so kind because they were pity by me." Shark argued about Dolphin statement,"Although they released you, I still did not like them. I lost many fish for my food. Human was greedy." Dolphin asked directly," no, they were not greedy, but you were greedy. Human gave me free because of pity. While You ate all of fish eventhough you had felt full."

Those are a short story about two animals which have different character in front of human. Since at that time, Dolphin always act kind toward people. Because of people, Dolphin still can live. In the other hand, shark always has bad act to people, even shark is one of fericious animal kinds for people. The shark feel that people distrube them to get their food.

This video is topic what explains about women action in the every sector of human life. The speaker on the video is a success woman who have gotten top position in her job, Sheryl Sandberg. She told that in this present time, women were stiil not able to get top position in their career. This was really occured with some facts which could support that explaining condition. She made example about the official of government, especially head of state from some countries in the world that from 190 county, there were just 9 person whose to be head of states. It happened too for private sector which just 20 percent women can get top position in some industries.

Therefore, She said that women in the next time have to be better rather than in her life era, for getting top position in every life sector. She argued that there were tree way to get success as a woman in the career. Those were sit at the table, make your partner in your real partner, and do not leave before you leave. All of these ways, the important thing was making a partner as a real partner. Because women had to find their man who supported them to get success in the career. Beside of that, the other thing was keep in the side of the decision which had been decided.
