What the amazing performance by Caleste Headlee, a girl who taught us 10 things we need to apply in the way we talking to other people without feeling bored and wasting our time, even if those people are the one we do not like and attract us.

Let me point them up :
1. Be focus. When we talk to other people, do not playing your smartphone or everything else that will disturb your concentration.
2. Do not talk too much about yourself. The big reason is, you talk to someone else to learn something from them since everybody is master of different field.

3. Begin with 5W+1H question. It is to make the gradual conversation.
4. Let it flow. We just need to talk all the things that come out your brain.
5. Be honest. When you talk to someone, then you do not know something, say it truly that you do not know.
6. Do not talk the experience that makes you focus on talking all about you.
7. Try not to repeat yourself as it will make people you talk is getting bored.
8. Forget the details about you because do not care about the details of you such as when were you born, when was the last time you got a present, or something else.

9. This is the most important one that many people always ignore it, listen. The problem that people never realize is, they listen to reply not to understand.

10. Be brief and be interesting.

Through her presentation, she told us to go out and find someone to be talked with as talking is not that hard.

TED Summary by Tai Lopez (The law of 33%)

Tai Lopez told us on his TED show about how important our life is and gave us the law of 33 %.
Make our life more useful by servicing people; all we have to do is socialize with other people. Associate with 33 % of people who were younger than us, hence we can mentor them about the things that we know. Next 33 % with our peers, the same age with us, thus we can share about anything. The last but not least was 33% with elderly people or people older than us.

It is all about getting the master to mentor us. If we want to know how to have a million dollar company, we need to find someone who had 10 million dollar company to learn with. "Mentor is not always those one who still alive, even if they had passed away, they still can mentor you, by guiding you through their biography, all of them are in my library" said Tai.

Reading book is something that people ignore since it makes them boring. Tai suggests treating our books like friends.

I would like to write down Tai's statement that really amazed me. "If we want a good life, we need to follow the rules, be humble, persevere, read more, and tough enough to get a good life".

Surely it would be that hard, but 'hard' will make it 'great'

The presented pie charts give information about the comparison of relationship between workers and their supervisor, and workers among their colleagues from 2005 to 2009. It is clarly seen that the most of the employees feel the exellent relationship with their co-workers than their career leader over four years.

Between 2005 and 2009, employees who stated had a very good relation with their fellow workers increased from 63% to 70 %. Good relationship that was felt by them decresed 3 % from it's percentage in 2005. Next, fair connection showed 7 % in 2005, but it declined to 3 % in 2009. The workers who had no colleagues rose 1 % and who associated poorly with their work partners was not found in 2009.

On the other hand, the relation between workers and their supervisor showed an absolutely great relation was 61 % in 2005 and it had risen 4 % by 2009. Good relation that was experienced by only 26 % of employees in 2005, and it dipped to 22 % in 2009. Then, fair connection with the executive had decreased 2 % by the end of 2009, and poor relationship was remain unchanged. The last, the workers who did not have supervisor jumped from 1 % to 4 % over four years.

It is become apparent in recent years that many people recommend the teenagers to have a job before they enter in university. This essay aims to elaborate the benefits and drawbacks pertaining to experience the workplace before continuing study in the college.

Young people who decide to work before come in university because they want to stand alone. The revenue that they got in their job can lighten their parent's financial to pay the university fund. The other advantage is improving skills, students will be independence and assertiveness, it supports them to learn about time management. In addition, skills that they have will lead them to get a better career in the years of come.

On the other hand, teenagers should focus on studying in their age. Taking a part in a particular job, whether in voluntary or business that interests them will make them feel the comfort zone, a personal satisfaction of getting financial support, hence to make them not to continue their study anymore. The next downside is different sense of study. A student who keeps studying after senior high school to university is used to with the condition and situation of campus than a student who had postponed their education for a few years to work, they will need time to restart the feeling of being student. In addition, student who had felt a greater career before become a collegian enable them to think that education is not a priority anymore.

In conclusion, teenager will be much better to continue their education in university than find a job. Due to the fact that they need the same sense of studying and avoid personal satisfaction if they had had a job before. Hence, make them believe that education is always number one.

Electronic media had influenced people's daily life in doing many things. Nowdays, media of electronic such as facebook, instagram, messenger, and twitter had changed the way people do communication and it is the bad thing for some people. However, I convince that communication through electronic media will not give any unbeneficial effects on personal relationship between people.

The significant improvement of utilizing electronic media gives a sense of worry for some people. They believe that since social media boomed some years ago, people preferred rely on their smartphone or other electronic devices to connect with other people. In other cases, a group of people that hang out together but still hold their mobile phone will focus on their cyber world than real world that clearly seen in front of their eyes. Talking or texting through electronic media are looked more modern than talking face to face. In addition, the other bad effect of electronic media is forgetting responsibility, to illustrate, an employee who has to finish his job in time, but because he enjoys his life on social media too much, it makes his leader disappointed.

On the other hand, the growing of internet that supports the better quality in using electronic media becomes a positive side that should be thankful by some people. Communicate through media of electronic makes people easier to be connected one another. The cost is the first reason people like to use social media, it is affordable that they need to spend much more money to meet. It can be a way to use the time more effective.

The power of social media also can be the solution for the users who life far away from the other users. They can be connected by skype or line and doing life chat, hence the feeling is like meet the person directly with the family or friend they talk to. Additionally, people can keep in touch regularly by many kinds of features in their smartphone such as sharing picture, video, and voice note. The opponents believe that bad effect of social media can occur if the users misuse the function of electronic media. Electronic media will be so much helpful if we use it in the right way and the right time. It depends on the particular person itself.

Maintaining health for everybody has been realized as paramount important thing to be applied, even now it has done by some people, and the other people still think that healthy lifestyle is not that easy to be implemented. There are arguments on both sides of this issue and I will discuss them now.

Some people believe that healthy life implementation is easy to be started. It depends on people intention in changing it into habitual. Controlling daily intake, keeping fit by taking an exercise everyday are easy things if it had been a kind of habit. Even though they may face some difficulties at the beginning they intent to start it, due to their big ambition in applying active lifestyle, they will enjoy it. People who doing healthy diet believes that by having healthy life many advantages that they get, such as prevent obesity, food addictive, and food poisoning.

Conversely, those who think that in this globalization era, so hard to have a healthy life. It refers to some factors, such as many kinds of fast food are available everywhere. It makes them prefer to consume substantial meal because of the rush hours they have, hence no time to waste think about food. Additional factor is people's difficulties to find the right time to take an excise. It encourages them to have unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle which is bad for their physical and psychological condition in the years of come.

Overall, I feel that there is no undoubtedly reason states that healthy lifestyle is not important. Each person has their own way to enjoy healthy lifestyle. Things we need to do are be patient of what we had decided and enjoy the process step by step until it becomes a beneficial habit.

Level of education of Bulgarian planning to leave Bulgaria (Task 1)

The given bar chart gives the information about the percentages of Bulgarian people who wished to live abroad through three different education stages over six years. It is clearly seen that mostly secondary education wanted to live in other countries, and the least on the level of higher education.

In 2002, secondary education reached 65 % of people who obsessed in studying abroad in Bulgarian. The next four years, it looked decrease 4 % than its percentages before then became 59 percent at the end of 2008. Although this second education level decline gradually, it remain the highest level of education of Bulgarian people intended to stay abroad.

On the other hand, higher education and primary and lower education were the lower percentage of condition Bulgarian people wanted to live outside Bulgaria. 17 % of Bulgarian people in higher education tended to love to other countries in 2002. Unfortunately, it decline significantly to 9 % in 2009. Primary and lower education showed only 18 % of Bulgarian planned to leave Bulgaria, however it rocketed into 32% at the end of 2008.
