The two Internet colossal collaborate to build advance capacity undersea fiber-optic cable between North America and Asia which is known as the Pacific Light Cable Network (PLCN). This cable will stretch 8,000 miles from Los Angeles to Hong Kong and will be operated in 2018. The aim of building this underwater network cable is to increase the total bandwidth available not just to the developer, but also for everyone else as well. However, Facebook and Google still have the right to control the infrastructure they depend on. As both companies grow and dominate the Internet, they are become more independent to develop their own infrastructure that actually defines it and evolving into networks that running under their control. The PLCN is the sixth undersea cable that Google has invested in.

As we know, machine have power to learn everything from data and process it same as like what human do. On the past few years, machine learning grow rapidly to able doing more complex tasks. People will have no chance to compete with machines on frequent or high-volume tasks. But we still have something that machines can not do, it is tackle novel situations. So, whatever people decide to do, let every day bring a new challenge therefore we still can stay ahead of the machines.

People who stayed in Brazilian Amazon village believed that hot acai porridge or other type of spicy food are able to cool down human body. A scientist from University of Ottawa have been worked for this myths to find out the proper mechanism. The result of the research was body temperature can flow out the body through the evaporation of sweat. Sweat is body's natural response to heat and likely heat or energy leaving the body. This can explain when someone drinks something hot then automatically stimulate body to start sweating in order to release some of that heat. Now, the principal turns out people can really fight fire with fire.

Some people believe that there should be fixed punishments for each type of crime. Other, however argue that circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should be taken into account when deciding the punishment.

Discuss both views and give your own opinion

People have different views about the decision-making to sentence the crime action nowadays. While some argue that there should be certain punishments for every crime types, I believe that adjudication have to consider about the reason of an individual crime when deciding the punishment.

With regards to fixed punishments for every type of crime, there are some advantages of this system. Government does not need to spend much time to solve some report of criminal cases. Therefore, law workers are able to performing their duties effectively and efficiently. In addition, the system can give early awareness to people who have potency to involve in criminality. This is because the rules have been fixed to each type of crime, so they will be more consider to get involved in activity which break the rules.

However, I believe that adjudicators have to examine the motivations of criminal agents. Some criminals confessed their reasons to do the inappropriate action are caused urgent conditions such as poverty and self-defense. For example, there was a poor old woman be arrested and be convicted for 10 months imprisonment due to steal three sweet potatoes which growth in the field of her neighbor to feeding her grandchild who have not eaten for two days. As the result, citizens reacted and asked the judge to reconsider about the punishment because of this heartbreaking conditions. Finally, law worker still need to hear their conscience before sentences the criminal suspects.

To sum up, to decide a punishment for individual criminal, a judge have to consider the motivation when deciding a proper punishment. Everyone have to understand that equal is not always fair, it is important to think about humanity for all concerned.

Iceberg is come from one snowflake united with other snowflakes year by year. It which is lain 200 feet in height above sea level is borne from disintegration of ice shelves. Each iceberg has special personality to interact with its environment. Some of them choose to give up and hold on bitter end, but others can crumble in a fit of dramatic passion. It is easy to think that iceberg is always separated and alone. Same as we see our self as human, but the reality is far from it. A disintegration of iceberg is followed by released mineral-rich fresh water that nourishes many forms of life. it is not the end of its life, but it is a time to give benefit for its environment. People have to take some learning from the iceberg cycle life. We have to benefit the other life until the time we have to leave.
