Writing Feedback / IELTS Task 2: Stress is problem in many countries around the world. [6]

Stress in now major problem in many countries around the world. What are some of the factors in modern society that cause this stress and how can we reduce it.

One of the most important issues in society today is stress. Stress is a problem that can give negative effects on many human's lives. There are many factors in modern society responsible for this. However, there are ways to make small the potential impacts. In this essay, I will discuss the factors and how we can reduce it.

To begin with, in our society, everybody wants to get what we want. For getting that is not easy, we must try to compete each other. When students in Senior High School want to graduate of school, they must follow many tests only in four days. Then, it can conclude the students will be graduated or not. As a result, students are facing great tension and depression because be afraid to be unsuccessful. Furthermore, some people think that happiness is related to money, luxurious houses or car, and branded clothes. Ultimately, people are working every day and every night to find much money. Because of they are continuous work; they do not have time for relaxation and their families, so they are feeling stress level very high.

Nevertheless, solving such problem will not easy, but there are actions that can be taken. Better time management is often considered to be the key to organize with time pressure without be stress. Time management includes setting priorities what needs to be done most importantly. For example, students can prepare their study for long time before they follow test. Moreover, individual also can take the various steps to reduce the stress, such as take good time for sleeping and spend time with their families.

To conclude, it seems likely that many factors which may cause stress but we must have solution to overcome with this potential problem.

Writing Feedback / IELTS Task 2: The world is losing important natural resources. [3]

Many parts of the world are losing important natural resources, such as forests, animals, or clean water. Choose one resource that is disappearing and explain why it needs to be saved. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.

Nowadays, a lot of component of the world are losing important natural resources, such as forests, animals, or clean water. There are many things that cause this to happen, but most important of all is water. Clean water is one of the natural resources began to decrease and should be saved. In this essay, I would like to give my opinion about this argument. In this essay, I would like to give my opinion about this argument.

One of the basic needs of daily living beings in this world that cannot be separated is clean water. Water is one of resource that is needed by all humans because of their role as essential for humans for drinking, bathing, washing, and the other. Humans cannot live without water; clean water would be required so that people can maintain their health. However, the condition of the water this time it began to decrease due to excessive use. For the use of water should remain limited and kept in balance. In addition, the cleanliness of the water also began to decrease due to pollution. This contamination can be caused by industrial waste, housing, agriculture, and even households.

In any case, water is not only important for humans, but also water is an important part for both animals and plants life. For example, fish cannot live without water. However, it is difficult to find clean water, especially in developing countries because many industries are built in developing countries dumping waste directly into the sea. Thus, causing sea water contaminated directly. While, there are many marine animals in the sea feeling the effects of this waste and damage to the environment.

To conclude, it seems likely that, without water, there is no possibility of life in the world as the core of all living beings are in need of water to survive.

Writing Feedback / IELTS: Our planet is experiencing losses due to uncontrolled human activities [2]

Some people believe that the Earth is being harmed (damaged) by human activity. Others feel that human activity makes the Earth a better place to live. What is your opinion? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Humans believe that the planet is experiencing losses due to uncontrolled human activities. Without realizing it, this will provide a variety of effects on the survival of human beings in this universe. On the other hand, some believe that the activities of humans give good impact to make the Earth a better place to survive. In this essay, I would like to give my opinion about this argument.

To begin with, people will be able to cause damage in nature, so give effect to the survival of the earth. As we know, nowadays, many people use vehicles wherever they want to go. This will give negative impacts such as air pollution. In addition, the increasing number of factories will increase air pollution also. Air pollution is severe enough to cause ill health for the people. Moreover, if the green areas are not found there, then the harmful effects of air pollution cannot be avoided.

What is more, for various reasons, some people do not hesitate to cut down trees illegally. Felling of trees will cause the tree roots are not able to hold the soil and water. As a result, we could see flooding often occurs everywhere as well as in Jakarta, which only has a little green area.

To conclude, my own view of this is that damaged is one of the most serious cause's irreversible damage to our environment. We have a lot of work to stop this loss, what we are doing to our mother nature; we cannot reverse it so easy.

Writing Feedback / IELTS Task 2: Global warming is one of the most serious issues in the world. [3]

Global warming is one of the most serious issues that the world is facing today.
What are the causes of global warming and what measures can governments and individuals take to tackle the issue?

Global warming is one of the extreme critically cases of many people that the word is confronted currently. There are many causes of global warming then people and governments can measure to interfere with the issue. In this essay, I give several reasons that will be mentioned bellow at the paragraphs.

Nowadays, many people be able sense effect of global warming. It is caused by increasing of carbon dioxides in our world. We can feel a changed of atmosphere condition in our environments. Sometimes, weather is very warm, but suddenly to be changeable cold. For example, recently, weather is very hot in the morning with a ray of sunlight that to sting likes a bee. On the contrary, weather be changed become heavy rain. So, it gives bad effect for human lives.

However, people have responsibility with respect about global warming. Governments or individuals have same function to solve this problem. Governments can decrease this problem with take care of conservation, such as care for forest. Conserving forests is one way to reduce global warming. Trees or plants which are serve to absorb carbon dioxides and produce oxygen. But, many people like to cut down trees in accordance with their wishes. They realize what they are doing can damage the environment. Therefore, government must be firm in dealing with this problem. In addition, tree planting around the house by individuals can also have an enormous impact in our lives. We can plant trees or small plants such as peppers, tomatoes, or strawberries.

This brings us to the conclusion that, global warming happens because many causes, such as pollution and illegal logging. I think all people in world have responsible to keep our earth and start from now on to love the environment.

Writing Feedback / IELTS Task 2: To solve traffic problems, governments should tax private car [5]

In order to solve traffic problems, governments should tax private car owners heavily and use the money to improve public transportation.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of such a solution?

Nowadays, government believes when tax of private car owners increase so can solve about traffic problems. Then, they will earn to improve the city transport. There are several advantages and disadvantages from this problem. In the following paragraphs I will give reasons about my statement.

On the other hands, advantages of raising taxes are able to decrease car owners to use their cars. Because if they drive own car it will become more expensive than using public transportation. They must try to use public transportation, thus it reduces traffic problems as well as air pollution. Less cars means less greenhouse gas released to the atmosphere. So that pollution will decrease dramatically.

However, there are several disadvantages also of raising taxes. As we know, income taxes, which every family pay are heavier than before. Some people will find it difficult to pay more money for their cars. For example, if governments raise taxes, people who have difficulties with money, like poor family, will not be able to have enough money for everything.

To summary, I think government should always look for a balance in a question about whether increase taxes can be more benefits for people. Moreover, the most beneficial way to solve the problem with traffic jams is providing a wide range of different types of vehicles for citizens which will be comfortable and convenient. Anyway, I think government should not to raise taxes for car owners in order to not make them another headache and additional costs.

Writing Feedback / IELTS: Many old buildings = history --> it is very important to protect them [3]

Many old buildings protected by law are part of a nation's history. Some people think they should be knocked down and replaced by news ones.

How important is it to maintain old buildings?

Many people assume that old buildings must be protected by law because have many histories. In other hand, some people think, the building must be changed with new buildings. I will give reasons about my statement in the following paragraphs.

As we know, the old buildings usually have many histories, so people can learn more knowledge from this building. Especially, for students, they are studying about history of Bung Hatta in the school, but they did not know real about the story. So, they can go to the house of Bung Hatta. In addition, the old buildings give many benefits for government because more tourists visited this building.

In the other side, we can find several buildings get renovation but keep maintaining the original character of the build and being used for modern purposes. Moreover, by studying and learning about history, we understand more about the world we live. and this helps us to build a better future.

In addition, governments should keep the buildings so not need to knock down by private individuals or companies. As it is mentioned before, those buildings reflect the history of the nation. Replacing those buildings with new ones may be a temporary solution for inhabitants but will certainly be the loss of a part of history permanently.

To summary, I think, it is very important to protect and conserve old buildings as we can learn about our history as can others from other countries. Such knowledge can also help us to understand how to make more modern our countries.
