On the other hand, people reduced the use of salt. In 1985 the community put salt on the food 3 times much more than in 2010. And the citizen who picked meat as their favorite food showed very slight within 25 years.

Nowadays the governments limit the tourists who visit Machu Picchu, only 200 tourist includes porters and guides who allowed to enter it. And each travel company or individual guides must have a special license. The new regulations also cover about how much the porter should be paid. And arrange the fees for trail to protect the trail and ruins.
