Writing Feedback / Healthy lifestyle is difficult to have in modern world, but simple efforts can make our life better [NEW]

Some people say that in the modern world it is very difficult for people to have a healthy lifestyle. Others, however, say that it is easy for people to healthy and fit if they want to be. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.

In this present era, many people promote unhealthy lifestyles. However, others believe that it is possible to have healthy lifestyle if they are eager to obtain it. In my opinion, general people can enjoy healthier life by doing simple efforts such as consuming nutritious food and doing exercise regularly.

The changing process of lifestyle is begun by the advancing technology. Since the earlier inventions humans have been accustomed to live easier by a lot of help from diverse technology. These days, therefore, it has changed most of humans' activities to be more sedentary. Societies are prone to consume high-engineering food and avoid physical activity. For example, they prefer to eat kind of quick meal at lunch than to prepare a lunch box and inhabitants are more likely choose to drive than to walk. As the result, individuals' lifestyle change to be unhealthy.

On the other hand, simple efforts can lead healthier lifestyle for population. Firstly, those are supposed to change their eating habit. They should consume healthy food. It can be done by preparing their daily diet or by ordering healthy food from restaurant that serve organic food and low fat food. Another solution to be healthier is by choosing to walk or bike for reaching their work places. It can be much better than doing occasionally exercise in gyms. Thus, it is easy to enjoy life healthily.

In conclusion, several technologies could be encouraged people to have unhealthy lifestyle. In fact, it is not difficult to obtain a healthy lifestyle because it is can be done by uncomplicated ways. In addition, to have healthy lifestyle, people should be aware that maintaining health is more important than getting recovery.

Writing Feedback / Bulgarians' who planned to come to other country - their education level has been evaluated [3]

The chart below gives information about the level of education of Bulgarian people who wanted to go live in another country in 2002, 2006 and 2008.

The bar chart reveals the percentage of Bulgarians' plan to come to other country in three different years, 2002, 2006, and 2008 based on their education level. It can be seen that Bulgarian people with secondary education level were the largest number that want to leave Bulgaria. Other noticeable point is a gradual increase of plan made by Bulgarians with primary and lower education level.

In 2002 there was a peak for the percentage of Bulgarians with secondary education level, at 65 per cent. However this percentage fell slightly not only in 2006 consisted of 61 per cent but also in 2008 made for 59 per cent. In fact, this group was considerably the largest number of Bulgarian people who wanted to visit and immigrate to another country.

On the other hand, a rapid rise was shown by persons with primary and lower education. Their desire to come and live in another country was accounted for 18 per cent in 2006, then increased in 19 per cent in 2006 and reached 32 per cent in 2008. Writing Feedback / Parents have responsibility to teach children respectable attitude to live in society [2]

Some people think that parents should teach children how to be good members of society. Others, however, believe that school is the place to learn this. Discuss both of these views and give your opinion.

Many people assume that parents have responsibility to teach children respectable attitude to live in society, whereas other individuals presume that school is competent to do this duty. In my view both parents and schools should educate children to become good members of community. However, I believe parents have more essential role to accomplish this goal due to a main reason that parents have to teach children in early years.

Parents are the first school to children. They have been supposed to put some essential value such ability to co-operate with others, and responsibility in their kids as their preceding years. It is important because it can be difficult to teach those values when children get older. For example, those can involve their children to do housework by giving a personal task to each child. Hence, Children should have good behave to work in a group and reliable personality when they live in a society.

On the other hand, schools also have to educate children about other social value that are not given by parents. School can develop children's attitude in larger community. For example children can learn about how to give their opinion in front of class and how to appreciate other arguments. It will teach them how to act respectably when they exist in real social life.

In conclusion, both parents and school have to shape good personality of children so that kids can behave as good members of community. As the first educators for children, parents are supposed to concern about their behavior because it can affect children's attitude in social life.

Writing Feedback / The cycle of silkworms' life and the silk cloth manufacturing process are presented on the diagram [3]

The diagrams below show the life cycle of the silkworm and the stage in the production of silk cloth.

The first diagram draws a cycle of silkworms' life and the second diagram reveals the process to produce silk cloth. It can be seen that the silkworm has four phases; egg, silkworm larva, silk thread, and cocoon, whereas silk cloth takes five steps; select, boil, unwind, twist, and weave.

Biological life cycle of silkworm is begun when female moth laid its eggs on mulberry leaf. The second step in which the eggs hatch takes 10 days. In this stage, silkworm larva feed mulberry leaf. Then, in the next 4 - 6 weeks larva make its silk thread. After 3-8 days letter, in the fourth phase, silk thread completely changes into a cocoon and it takes 16 days before the cocoon finally metamorphose into moth.

On the other hand, another diagram shows how to create silk cloth. Firstly, it needs to select the cocoon. Secondly, the selected cocoon is put into boiling water. In the next process, cocoon is unwound and it can produce 300 to 900 metres of thread. After that, it is twisted and dyed. The final stage is that thread is woven into cloth then it is dyed once again.

Writing Feedback / (TED Talks) Why good hackers make good citizens [3]

According to Catherine Bracy, hacking is not always a bad action. She said that Benjamin Franklin was the greatest hacker of all time because of because his belief that government can be built by the people. Catherine defined those as civic hackers who support government to overcome dozen of problems. She explained what civic hackers exactly looks like. For example, they build a new super simple website to answer common questions from people in Honolulu and Auckland called 'Honolulu Answers' and 'Auckland Answers' since local inhabitants face trouble to interact with government's websites. She believes that civic hacking can rebuild citizenship and rebuild trust in government. Therefore, citizens can participate to take action of parliament's problems and cooperate to fix them. Writing Feedback / Healthy way of life promotion. Most of children are accustomed with unhealthy lifestyle. [3]

Many children these days have an unhealthy lifestyle. Both schools and parents are responsible for solving this problem. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

In modern era, most of children are accustomed to have unhealthy way of life. General people believe this is responsibility of schools and parents. I personally agree with this belief even though government also has a main role to overcome this trouble. Teachers should educate young people to be aware about healthy lifestyle while parents have to facilitate healthy lifestyle for their kids when they are at home. In addition, parliament should also make policy that will support teachers and parents' spirit to live healthily.

Young people aged 5-12-years-old receive teachers' advice better than their parents' guidance because most of them think that teachers are cleverer than their parents. Therefore, there will be some advantages for children if schools encourage them to keep healthy. For example, teacher can inform them a range of healthy food and some activities to keep fit.

However, children will exist in real life when they are not in schools. Hence, in this situation parents have to maintain their health. For instance, mothers can make a healthy lunch box for their kids, and provide daily healthy diet for their family. Another example is they can do regularly exercise in week end day together in order to develop healthy habit. In fact, other component of society, government, have important role to promote the healthy lifestyle. They can make regulations in order to encourage teachers and parents concern about their children's health condition.

In conclusion, both schools and parents have an essential role to maintain children's health because they are the closest figure for the young people. However, authority is vital as well since they have capacity to increase the healthy lifestyle of young people by standing for not only parents but also educators .

Writing Feedback / Most people assume nowadays that living in a tower block has less community spirit. [2]

Ielts writing task 2

Some people say that living in a high-rise apartment block is a lonely experience because there is no community spirit. Others say that people who live in high-rise apartments have much better sense of community than those who lives in houses. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Most people assume that living in a tower block has less community spirit. Whereas, others believe that it is a better way to have sense of community. However, in the present day dwellers prefer to live in block because of some reasons instead of focusing on community spirit. One of those reasons is that it promises better sense of community.

In the recent decade, apartment tower has increased significantly. It is because of high demand of living place. However, a group of people presume that it is less benefit because there is no intensive social interaction there. For example, inhabitants who live in residential tower have fewer places to gather with neighbors even to make some chit-chat. They are busy with their own business and careless about their community. Hence, they become unfriendly with each other.

However, there are other reasons for choosing apartment block as a good place for living. It preserves individual privacy. Urban community has much pressure in their jobs that sometimes make them stressful. It should be perfect for them to spend their free time to take a rest. People who live in tower block may have high tolerant to each other because they understand that each person need enough time to recover their energy. As the result tower block's residents could have better psychology.

In conclusion, tower block is a need for living in a city centre in these days. In my opinion, people who live in apartment block could not feel lonely because they have their own routine activities. They should be more enjoyable in an environment that preserve their privacy.

Writing Feedback / IELTS 1: hydroelectric dam and wave-air generator generate electricity from renewable resources [2]

The diagram below show two methods of using water to produce electricity.

The provided diagrams illustrate how two methods produce electricity. They are hydroelectric dam and wave-air generator. The differences of those methods are its power resource and its mechanism to produce electricity. Hydroelectric dam use water from reservoir to rotate its turbine while wave-air generator's resource comes from waves.

The first method is hydroelectric dam consisted of a gate with width and an angle of penstock speed water up, a turbine and a spindle, and an electricity distributor. The gate which is directly connected with reservoir opens and closes to let in water. Then, width and angle of penstock increases the water speed into the turbine and spindle in order to rotate the generator and produce electric power. After that, electricity is distributed to power lines. Finally, water is released into river.

Another method is wave-air generator that is use wave as source of energy production. This device is stood by a lower chamber, a turbine and spindle, a generator, also an upper chamber. This method is begun when waves enter the lower chamber. Then it flows up to the upper chamber where the spindle rotates the generator to produces electric power. When this process happens, a part of air rises and turns turbine and spindle while other is released from the upper chamber.

In conclusion, both of hydroelectric dam and wave-air generator generate electricity from renewable resources. They work in different mechanism depended on kind of their power resources in which hydroelectric dam use water from reservoir whereas wave-air generator use wave power.

Writing Feedback / Some benefits of watching TV like info on tourist destinations, the variety of world culinary, etc. [2]

Some people say that you can learn more about another country by watching television programs and films about it than by actually visiting it. How true this statement? Is there anything you can learn about another country by visiting it that you cannot learn by watching programs and films about it? Give reasons for your answers and include any relevant example from your own experience.

Most people assume that they can know about other countries only by watching them in television programs. While others think that they have to come to another country to learn much about its culture, local inhabitants and its environment. In my view there should be an important aspect that lose when someone only stay at home and watch rather than others who come and visit the real objects such as ways to appreciate other traditions.

Most television programs that present information about other countries give the audience some benefits like telling about tourist destinations, and introducing its original food. For example, My Trip My Adventure also Fish and Chef are two television programs in Indonesia that show many tourist destinations and Indonesian culinary. Instead of revealing all aspects in Indonesia, it may shows only few good aspects like the spectacular scenery, and delicious food. However, the real live aspects of the country have never been served indeed.

As the opposite, people who really come into a country could explore its real live atmosphere. For instance, I have visited a little village in my neighbor country. There is amazing scenery there because it is a place surrounded by some hills. It has fresh air and friendly inhabitants. I lived in one of the local house there. It was a memorable experience because I can directly interact with local culture, feel the different atmosphere and eat their original food although I actually did not enjoy the food. This journey was taught how to build relationship with other community and how to appreciate their tradition.

In conclusion, television programs may inform you knowledge about other country but you have to come to witness the real experience and really learn how other traditions are. However, if you could not go to another country to learn about other tradition, you may able to visit another city in your country in order to get new experiments.

Writing Feedback / What is the most reasonable choice: to build impressive buildings or improving schools and hospitals [2]

Some people think that large, impressive buildings are important for city. Others believe that the money should be spent on improving schools and hospitals. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Most citizens think that government should construct some sophisticated buildings. While others say that refining education facilities and health care in more important. However, in my view I believe that city council should provide not only wonderful buildings but also credible schools and hospitals.

Spectacular buildings might be the most attractive city landmark because a great number of people from around the world want to come and see them. For example, every year tourists come to Paris, Italy, Thailand or Indonesia to witness the wonderful architecture in those countries. Therefore, attractive buildings could contribute a numerous income for a city. In addition, constructing sophisticated buildings serve entertainment places for city dwellers because it could make them happy to see while they are commuting from home to office. Also it can be cheaper place to visit when they have free time.

On the other hand, education and health facilities are significantly important for developing quality of life. In many part of the world, developed countries have credible quality of education and health. Undoubtedly, improving quality and quantity of schools and hospitals should provide qualified human resources in order to increase prosperity for the city and the country.

In conclusion, both designing impressive buildings and advance public facilities are essential for cities in order to accommodate diverse dweller's necessaries including entertainment, enjoyment, and health care. Moreover, it helps government to receive more income from tourism.

The diagrams below show two methods of collecting water for irrigation purposes. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The presented diagrams illustrate how to collect water for irrigating farmland by two different ways. These methods take the water from ground but the first one needs labour intensive while another method is done by animal.\

Firstly, method named swing basket is used to collect water from 1- 2 metres depth under the ground. It consists of a basket made of bamboo or leather and tied ropes. This method is very simple because it only needs two persons who lift the basket contained water up to the hill and swing it to the irrigation channels.

Other method is rope and bucket. It is designed with pulley system in order to collect water from 50 metres depth under the ground. Furthermore, this method use a bucket connected to the system and a cow that pull the bucket downhill. Then, water will pour the irrigation channels and flow to the farmland.

In conclusion, those methods are really useful technique to accommodate water supplies to the farmland. It use different kind of power source to collect water from different depth of water under ground.

Writing Feedback / Tourism brings negative effects on local cultures like moral degradation and ecosystem destruction [4]

Some people say that tourism has many negative effects on the countries that people travel to. How true is this statement? What can tourist do to reduce the harmful effect of tourism on local cultures and environments?

In the recent era, tourism has become a global industry where there are a lot of companies provide amount of access to travel abroad. However, this phenomenon has brought some negative effects on local cultures such as moral degradation and ecosystem destruction.

When foreign people visit some places they might face cultural interaction. However, local cultures may get more influence from all newcomers because they have closely interacted with them for long term. It should demolish the local tradition gradually and as the result, local society may lose their traditional identity.

Another problem is that tourism in many new tourist destination destroy local environment. Most of the holidaymakers only think about their vacation and how they can enjoy it. For instance, when some people go to a beach or a mountain they bring a lot of things including food and water but they leave the place without saving their rubbish. As the result, the more immense the tourists come, the more horrible trash produce. Hence, it destroys the local ecosystem dramatically. For example, there are serious environment problems in Komodo Island, Indonesia. It has been caused by the increase of the tourism. In my opinion, tourists should care more about local environment where they come. I have visited one of the cleanest beaches in Indonesia, it is Gatra beach. There, all of the visitors have to bring their rubbish when they leave .

In conclusion, people are easier to make a holiday over the sea but they have to be responsible and preserve to both local tradition and environment because those things are very unique world's civilization.
