University graduates usually have special skill, because they persisted specifically in one subject, so that many people can competent to get better job. In contrasted, many graduates university cannot get better job, even they become joblessness. Very hard to them getting better job. In the other fact, many graduates university are not working in their field. For example, accountancy graduated they are not working as an accounting, but they are working as a politician or a businessmen. In the other hand, people believe there are much wider benefits of university education for both individuals and society. University education was established as a forum for pursuing further special education. In a university education if they have more and more student, so they can get the many benefits. The benefits they get from tuition payment of student and from social aid and private companies. That's why today's many private university education was build and many businessmen founded the university education. Even, a state university education was like that.

And then, as a historicals valuable knowledge have deserved to be on hold. History cannot be erased, and any history always a leave track that is very interesting to know. Could we keep it or even destroy it?

Government protected old buildings as part of nation's history. All country in the world certainly has different history as an outing symbol of civilization. To identity the civilization of a country it can be recognized from historical buildings. If we visit to other country are the most interesting when we see closely the historical buildings. And then, would be proud if we enter to a historical building that is only one in the world. The famous historical buildings in the world are such as Borobudur temple in Indonesia, coliseum in Rome, Renaissance in France, and Taj Mahal in India.

In the other hand, some people think they should be knocked down and replaced ones. This opinion is not wrong, if we look back how many old building around us have been replaced by government. This may happen if the old building are not giving historical value and only will be destructive city order, for example, old church, old mosque, and old house. Development of civilization shows how extraordinary a skyscraper, so the old buildings become something ancient.

To sum up, historical building must be maintained by government. Although, those old buildings are not giving historical value but it can be symbol of civilization. Old building must stand in the way in order people can see how valuable our country.

The chemicals and preservation become primary material because without both of this material. Even though, it is very dangers for our healthy.

Main user of chemicals and preservation are food seller and even producer factory. Using of chemicals and preservation is something needed for producer. So, this material cannot halt. Moreover, using of this matter more increase and become something usual. For example instant noodle even this food contain of many chemicals and preservation but we always consuming. It is because this food easy to find and easy to make. This food only one example be tweet many instant food we can face today.

In the other hand, chemicals and preservation actually are forbidden to use by government. But, still many people use both of this material in food. Derived using of chemicals and preservation in food production is very danger. It can damage our healthy, even cancer. Effect of this material is causing cancer. Many people are not realize what they eat is dangerous for their healthy. Almost, producer of food do not care about consumer health, they only think about profit of selling.

Private car owner become part of necessities of life for citizen. Today's almost all people in one family have private owner car. For having new own car is very easy today's. Even though, only little money people can get their car owner by paying on credit. That is why increasingly private car owner. Because of that, traffic jams become crucial problem in the country. In order to solve traffic problems, governments should tax private car owner heavily and use the money to improve public transportation.

The advantage governments from tax private car owner can be use for public society. The government can improve public transportation by using tax fund. And then, by improve public transportation it is mean traffic jam can be decreased because people change from private car owner to public transportation. Next, selling of car will decrease because nobody interested to buy a car. In this case, people more comfortable by using public transportation than using private car owner.

The disadvantage of tax private car owner make people just enough income will be afraid to buy a car. In fact, people need private car even only one in one house for family need. For example, if in the middle night unexpected one of our family get sick and we have not much time to call ambulance we need a private car to carry out our family arrive until hospital. And then, the tax enlarges cost public society to pay the tax.

To conclude, it will be encouraging if the government increase tax private car owner for improve public transportation. As we know in develop country today's public transportation is still difficult. That is why people more prepare to use private car owner than public transportation. Although, the car is damage but they still using it.

Global warming is caused by increasing temperature of earth. Ozone layer on the earth cannot contain radiance energy from the sun because the ozone layer becomes thinner. Caused by global warming ice in North Pole slowly yet sure be melting. According to scientist, the main cause of global warming is from inhabitants of the earth. Many function of CFC (chloro flour carbon) people are using in their house, such as refrigerator, air condition, perfumer bottle, and others. CFC is including one of many factor global warming and the most of people do not realize it.

On the other hand, To reduce global warming, especial attention is needed to handle. Forest gives big affect to reduce global warming. If government can reduce logging forest in the country so CO2 will decrease. CO2 is resulted by fuel fossil, if fuel fossil is changed with fuel renewable CO2 can be reduced. As per graph, oil production in Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, and UEA are producing a profit in number of millions of barrels per day. As long as 20 years, each oil producing countries rose dramatically about 20% per year. Except for S. Arabia oil production since 20 years increased sharply eight times from other oil producer countries neighboring.

As long as 20 years latest oil produced of Iran and Iraq increased dramatically. Iran produced from 3.2 million barrel per day to 4.3 million bpd followed by Iraq with number decreased slightly by approximately from 2 million bpd to just under 4 million bpd. Amount oil producing of UEA is almost same as Iraq in 2010 only lacking at least 3% of the total production. As well as with Kuwait the total of oil production in this country increased step by step just under at 3.7 million bpd. The graph shows for 30 years USA and China have same numbered of birth rates in every year. Nevertheless, along 50 years latest until year 2000 birth rates in china decreased sharply from 13% to 2%. And then, in USA the birth rates decreased dramatically until 7%.

The USA line shows, birth rates from 1920 to 1940 fluctuated. Then, in 5 years this number decreased dramatically 5% birth rates in 1945. From 1945 to 1950 increased sharply 15%. And then, along half decade birth rates decreased dramatically from 15% to 7%.

The china line shows, birth rates from 1920 to 1935 increase dramatically 15%. From 1935 to 1940 decreased sharply 5%. Next, leveling off is along 5 years. And then, birth rates increased sharply 20% from 1945 to 1950. During half decade birth rates decreased sharply until 2%.

The advantage of tax private car owners giving increased income for government. This income can be used to improve public transportation. And then, the income can be used as aid social contributed. In the other hand, the advantage of tax private car owners can reduce the ownership of car. People would be considered to buy a car if they must be taxed and their public transportation is more comfortable than private car.

The disadvantage of tax private car owners makes people fear to buy a car. In one family should be good if they have a private car for family needed. But, it not must be left over, such as one person one private car like today's existed. This taxed would make difficult people who low income but they have private car.

Tax private car owners would be good to be realized for government. Only if, the government is fair in maintenance the regulation.
