Recently, however, people have tendency to live in Urban where inhabitants recognize only a few people in their resident. This essay will elaborates the benefits and drawbacks of this phenomenon.

In my view, The most povital benefit that people get by living in country is citizens earning high attention from other residents. According to my neighborhood experience, they concluded that small community is the most convenience place to live. Problem solution, for instance, it is easy for small community people to seek out support due to their own business. People with high social sense are giving their hands to tackle their neighborhood problems. Subsequently, it becomes good idea for inhabitants who need friendly neighborhood choosing countryside to live. Based on my story in 2015 when I lost in Dieng, local people really appreciate me to lead my way.

Short of information access, on the other hand, is the main problem that people are supposed to deal with when they decided to live in tiny neighborhood. A small number of sophisticated technology in countryside limiting people to gain good information. The other demerits is networking problems. The pivotal merit which juveniles get by conducting working or traveling are experiences. According to my story when I went to remote island after I finished my high school, I realised that traveling is the best way to learn about life. I lived in fakfak island without electricity for a month. It eventually thought me how to save our natural resources. Subsequently, juveniles also get better networking if the conducting working or traveling. They will meet a variety of inhabitants that provide a plenty of information and other important access.

Problem solving, on the other hand, is the main problem that adolescents are supposed to deal with by suspending university degree. Limit in experiences makes juveniles unconfident to tackle their problems. Parents should take into account to let their children working or traveling while they still need guidance. Secondly, adolescent tend to be emotional with aggressive and ambitious characteristic. A variety of stressors that they face during traveling or working period, for instance, will exacerbate their characteristic without good self-management skills. It is hard, however, for juvenile to manage their self at a very young age.

To sum up, experiences and networking are the benefits that Juveniles earn by working or traveling. Meanwhile, they also have to tackle problem solving and emotion control when they decided to work and travel at a very young age.

People have a tendency to avoid watching a talent show due to company profits. There is no doubt that an august television program influences people to watch regularly. As a result, rating of TV program significantly increases. In television industry, the popularity of television programs will attract a number of advertisements to join with. Eventually, the company profits also gradually increases.

However, a rigorous selection process succeed to persuade people that they have high quality process to produce a new talented person.
