Some people think that construct a high skyscraper is essential for metropolis. Others argue that the authority must focus on allocate their money for rectifying schools and hospitals. I strongly believe that schools and hospitals are more crucial than attractive building as it brings prosperity for society.

Some countries tend to build up an impressive construction to attract overseas travelers. A high skyscraper is used as a tourism place by plenty of cities such as London, Dubai, and New York. These cities prove successfully that attractive buildings have direct correlation with economic growth. For instance, Sadiq Khan as London mayor used their building assets to make a powerful message which is called as 'London is open' to attract a great number of people invest their money in this city.

However, in my view, improving schools and hospital more pivotal since society need better educations and easy health access to get better life. Education is a bridge to earn a wide range of knowledge so that people can broaden their horizon. Health, on the other hand, is represented as the power of movement to implement their idea or their knowledge. People need these elements to optimize their life. Build up schools and hospitals must be the top priority of the government plans so that education and health access work properly. For example, Scandinavia uses 25 per cent of inhabitant income to improve education and health access. Resident of Scandinavia reported how the quality of their life increased significantly due to free education and health access.

To sum up, despite the fact that an attractive construction give advantage to increase economic growth, improving schools and hospital are more crucial to earn better life.

The graph illustrates amount of money to book members which is given by a city council and the number of book club fellows. It shows the trends over the past four years. It is noticeable that, there was a lot of fluctuations between money donation and the members of book club.

According to the chart, from first year to second year, there was a contradictory trend between amount of money from city council and book club fellows. While amount of money increased slightly from £20.000 to £25.000, the number of book fellows decreased steadily, by 1000 members.

The most significant fact to emerge from the graph is the amount of money given and number of book club fellows increased significantly in third year, by £17.500 and 5000 respectively. In forth year, money given by city council decreased suddenly by £5.000. On the other hand, the number of book members increased slightly by 2000 fellows. Amount of money donation did not have direct correlation with number of book club members.

The pivotal merit which juveniles get by conducting working or traveling are experiences. According to my story when I went to remote island after I finished my high school, I realised that traveling is the best way to learn about life. I lived in fakfak island without electricity for a month. It eventually thought me how to save our natural resources. Subsequently, juveniles also get better networking if the conducting working or traveling. They will meet a variety of inhabitants that provide a plenty of information and other important access.

Problem solving, on the other hand, is the main problem that adolescents are supposed to deal with by suspending university degree. Limit in experiences makes juveniles unconfident to tackle their problems. Parents should take into account to let their children working or traveling while they still need guidance. Secondly, adolescent tend to be emotional with aggressive and ambitious characteristic. A variety of stressors that they face during traveling or working period, for instance, will exacerbate their characteristic without good self-management skills. It is hard, however, for juvenile to manage their self at a very young age.

People with high social sense are giving their hands to tackle their neighborhood problems.
