How true this statement? Is there anything you can learn about another country by visiting it, that you cannot learn by watching TV or films about it?

Information is easier to spread than the past. There are many ways to report news or announcements, such as by television, internet, email and others. Based on the situation, some people say that those can learn many cultures from the other countries without travelled in there. We can learn by watching television program or films. But, I think that statement not generally true, because many cultures that people can learn just watching TV or films.

Firstly, TV channels or films not only to entertain, but also it explains local culture especially in people's behavior and the way of thinking. Because, according to psychologist in multicultural approach, culture is pattern of thinking and pattern of behavior. Some people can observe and understand the local tradition of country by their behavior and pattern of their language. For example I can understand china's culture life Barongsai festival, lampion party, and china's new-year by watching TV or China's films although I am never go there.

Secondly, TV stations have been cultural TV program which explain about culture in other countries, specifically in human interactions, religion ceremony, indigenous people, and special traditional festival over the year. It is very helpful to know about local culture in the other countries.

However, there are some aspect that people cannot understand about countries culture, when we do not come there. That factor is emotional aspect and social aspect. That factors are very specific and we can learn about their pattern when visited in there. For example, we can understand traditional ceremony in other countries, but we cannot apprehend emotional pattern in there. Because it is very specific we must have enough directly interaction with others.

In conclusion, we can understand other countries tradition by watching TV or film. But I think, it is not enough to know more specifically when we not visited in there.

Barry gives a question for the audience "why we work". Many people in our planet say, we work because challenging, engaging, and meaningful. But according to Barry, the answer of why we work is technology. It is not mean technology of something, but idea of technology. Sciences find the idea or a way, and the social science find the way to understand ourselves.

Idea technology is the way to understand ourselves which influences how people thinks and how people act. It is the most profoundly important technology that science ever found because ideas about human being will never go away from people's belief. Human being is connecting with human nature, because human nature has been improved by understand about human being. Barry said "human being is unfinished animals". It means just the human nature can produce human society and who people live. Those people design human nature by design with the way people live and work. In conclusion, Barry suggested if you want to understand yourself, must focus on the question what kinds of human nature that you want to design.

The line graphs gives information about how much money in the city council received and how many members in the book club for fourth years. Overall, in the first line shows there is fluctuation in amount of money in city council found over the period, and the second line presents there is an upward trends in the number of club members over the period.

The first line in the graph shows there slight increase between first year and second year. In the third year, amount of money has increased dramatically and reached a peak of money received over the period. However in the fourth year was fell suddenly under £ 40,000.

The second line in the graph present there decreased slightly from first year to second year. The number of book club members was rising sharply in the third year. Finally, the last year has reached a peak of book club members.

How true is this statement? What can tourist do to reduce the harmful effect of tourism on local cultures and environments?

In the present time, travelling in around the world is a good choice for the most people. But, there a statement that tourism gives negative impacts in their country's destination. I think there some reason why this statement is true, especially in culture change and environment problem.

The negative effect for culture change is cultural acculturation. The tourist who travel in the other countries bring their original behavior in their country's destination that influences the local culture. For example ethnic group in Kajang, South Sulawesi. Before international tourist came, Kajang had two types of ethnic which is White Kajang and Black Kajang. But Nowadays, White Kajang has been not, because culture acculturation. It happen because the original culture from international tourist influenced local culture in White Kajang that change local behavior directly.

Not only about cultural change, but the tourism has influenced environmental change who people travel to. Foor example, the tourist think if they do not responsible to protect the environment. Many tourists throw plastics in their destination area. Finally, tourism places have been dirty area.

Caesar Harada is a teacher from Invention of the Hongkong Harbor School. Based on his teaching experiences, he taught children to enjoy about science by their experience. There are three steps to prepare children who care about environment and people's problem, and they can solve the problem. The first step is investigating the local problem. For example, firstly he brought his students to investigate the local problems and collected data about plastics in the sea and real fact in ocean problem. Secondly, he taught his children into workshop. The third, he absolved students imaginations how to solve the problem and he collect all students imaginations be one idea. The fourth, he invited students to make a robot and coached his student to make prototype. The result is every children very enjoyable and he launched a robot to decrease plastics in the ocean.

The second is developing student empathy to other and investigate the remove problem, for example in water pollution in Bangladesh. The result is they found spectrometer to solve the problem. The scientist found that Alzheimer is the biggest social challenges in this generation. Also, it spreading can be decrease slightly.

In the present time, many scientists confused about causal factor of Alzheimer deceases. Because, it is the biggest causal of death before cancer illness. All people in the world want to be happy. They do anything to get happiness such as getting much money, having a job that they love or having get married. In the present time, many inhabitants around the world think getting a job that their love will make her/his happy. In contrast, I disagree with their statements because many other factors influence the people's happiness.

Getting a job that people love is one factor to make enjoy, for example you can do all things that you enjoy, and it can develop yourself to get peak of career. You will never feel bored, high stress and under pressure when you work with your passion. However, working with passion does not guarantee, if people will be happy ever after. Those in the world get a job based on their passion, but they did not show their happiness. In contrast, people who did not get work that they love or those have normally life. They have been successful in family life, social interaction, religion and others. Television show needs more interesting program to entertain every person. At the present time, the televised talent show are famous programs in many societies. Some people think if aptitude program in television just entertainment. In my opinion, it is not only entertainment but also the most important thing is a good system to find people who have natural skill.

Talented program in television makes people to see the brilliant aptitude in something. The TV program gives fresh performance from gifted people and entertaining most people that see it. For example, talented performance shows many different ability, that the viewers have not seen before. It brings every person to enjoy the performance with favoring some participants.

However, aptitude competition in TV is the best way to find the people who have unexpected ability. On the other hand, others who worried about the high rate of violence, but they cannot stop it only by admonishing the people if their ethics is incorrect. Therefore, we should introduce a simple, powerful method to stop the ferocity.

Actually, most people did not used non-violence action to accomplish the conflict. As the result, it improves conflicts between women, minorities, workers and people of different sexual orientation. Non-violence struggle is a technique to reduce misunderstanding among community. Some techniques used to end the problem without battle, such as protest can show what people want, but it does not make a change signicantly.

Non-violence works by dilapidating components, not physically, but it identifies the organization on the opponent what they need to survive. Also, we denied resources of the power such as destructed economy by boycott and challenge propaganda by media. The non-violence activist discovered there are 198 methods for non-violence struggle. For example making protests by extend emblematic to social media. It is not war, but it is a manner to get something more objectively. Overall, it can be seen that most people went abroad every year due to holiday. What is more, the most popular destination is Western Europe.

The largest number of people went to holiday is in 1998 with 20,700 visitors. In comparison, the least figure is in 1995, with 14,489 persons. The traveler's reasons to go abroad with other reason is the least with 990 people, particularly in 1998. The popular destination that people traveled is Western Europe and the unpopular is North America.

Nowadays, many adolescent choose to be a worker or a traveler for a one year, after finished their high school or continuing education in bachelor degree. Actually, there are there are advantages and disadvantages about their choice.

Firstly, the benefit when they encourage to work or trip is that they have more experience. Young people need to know about their passion. As adolescent, they want to try other things that they never found before in the formal education such as trip, find new destination, exploring other place or working. Working for a year indoctrinate adolescent to be more responsible and how to manage their money. Secondly, after acquiring experience as long as a year, they can choose what they like and dislike. It helps the young people to specify their career choice in the future, before they study in the university.

On the other hand, there are two disadvantages when adolescents encourage to work or travel for a year. Firstly, the young people who choose to work or trip automatically they need to memorize their lessons before continuing to study in the university. There are many lessons forgotten, when they work or trip. The impact is hard to recall it again. Secondly, the young people will be late to get their bachelor degree. In comparison with their friends who continue their study earlier in the university without work or trip.

Overall, there are two advantages and two disadvantages when people choose to be a worker or traveler for a year, after they finished high school and starting university. But, all decisions depend on their choice.
