One of the important things that must have many employees in the company in office-look clothes which they wear, but the quality of labor's working skill is important else than their appearance.

Nowadays, may organizations decide in order to their employees must have good-looking style because the labor's appearance shows the identity of the company, so it is right way if many companies have the certain rule which their employees must use smart dress in working area. However, I think it is not main feature to enterprise the identity of the company because the quality work of the labor is more important to show their name and work capability of the company rather than the suitable which they wear.

Some companies is entering the industrialization era, it means that the capability of work is more essential from other factors, like clothes-looking. The quality of labor's working shows more and less the rating of the organization because the skill can be measured and looked by other people who want to look job capacity of the industry. Some researchers illustrate that the identity of the industry can be looked from the work capacity of their employees and I think that it is right statement because the working style can determine the result of things which can be produced by the factory and also can be felt by the people who as their consumer in the real life.

All in all, I can conclude that the capability of employee's working as important as the suitable which the labors wear, while the quality of working is more essential rather than clothes. Although there are some advantages to working in young time, I believe that many disadvantages too. The advantages are the enrich work experience and financial matters, meanwhile, the disadvantages are lack of the academic knowledge and also deficiency on finances.

One of two advantages is they who decide to work after school graduation will have enlarged work skill. For the first example, the fresh graduate who early has academic experience such as study oriented, working the task, and only reading or writing skill, in the next time in other places like industry or working area will more learn about keep on stay good process and also they can communicate with many people, so it will increase their new knowledge. For the second example, young people who take a job early after school and before enroll be the student of the university will increase the financial matters in their life. They will have self-income from their job and also it can help family economical in order to suffice with standard life matters.

However, there are many disadvantages of the adolescent who get work in early time before they study in college. Firstly, the young people will have the lack of academic knowledge because many their times has been wasted to focus on the job in the industry. They must review again many studying materials which they are gotten in school level. Secondly, the young people who decide don't to work in transition time, between school and university, will have the financial problem in their life because the need some necessaries to towards the life, but they don't have many ultimates to keep their necessity.

Finally, I can conclude about the decision of the graduate school which will take a job has many advantages to increasing their knowledge and work skill, but it also has many disadvantages in the academic knowledge . Secondly, the highest percentage of sourting out healthcare over 35 percent in people middle aged which the opposite said that the lowest percentage between 30 and 35 percent in people over 55 years. The different of this factor is not sharply which the different of value by below 5 percent or same with the different of first problem.

The main problem of unhealthy lifestyle happen in manny children, particularly the use of handphone which it need solving way from both educational institution and their parents. In my view, the solving way from them must do together in order to can towards the children unhealthy lifestyle free.

Nowadays, the use of handphone in information era always increase typically in children life. The children use the handphone in school and almost in their house. On the other hand, the school have the task to decrease on the handphone using when they in the school or when the children in the home, especially in their bedroom which always use their handphone. Recently, there is many school which still allow the students particularly the children to bring handphone in around school activity. Finally, will use their handphone when in the classroom or in break time. The school must not allow their student to bring handphone to the school because it will disturb the teaching and learning activity, and also it has many negative impacts to their healthy, mainly the problems in brain or their bone.

However, the children have another place too which they most wate their time in the home, so the parents are the most important to solve the problem of handphone using in the children life. If the children take more their time to interact with their handphone, their healthy will have many diseases which destroy their body, such as rematic and brain or bone disease. The parents must not allow the favorite activity of their children and they can change this activity with do these activities in the home, such as gathering with many people in watching room or family room to communicate the hoby, the today news, or the school.
